- Get a valid code: Woman’s Day’s team tests every promo offer and code for THE ICONIC before adding it here. So just choose one and click on it to get the code and/or details.

How do I use discount codes through THE ICONIC app?
If you’re redeeming a code verified by Woman’s Day, once you’ve copied the code just click on ‘VISIT THE ICONIC’ to open the app. From there, follow these steps:
- Add the items you want to your virtual bag and click on it when you’re ready to checkout.
- Scroll past the details of your items until you get to where it says ‘APPLY A VOUCHER OR REWARD’, then click on it.
- Add your discount code in the pop-up field that says ‘Add code’, click ‘Apply’ and your order will be updated.

Can I stack THE ICONIC promo codes?
THE ICONIC usually only allows one code per order. But if you have more than one discount offer or Front Row reward voucher, you could use them over multiple purchases. To make the most of the offers, I would choose the code that has the shortest expiry first, or the one that’s most relevant to what you want to buy.
How do I get $20 off at THE ICONIC?
THE ICONIC offers a $20 discount on your first purchase over $99 when you subscribe to the newsletter. You’ll get a welcome email from THE ICONIC and have 14 days from date of issue to use your unique discount code.

Are there ICONIC promo codes for new customers?
Yes! THE ICONIC has three different Welcome Rewards based on your spending: $20 off if you spend over $100, $50 off if you spend over $250 and $75 off if you spend over $350. What can I do if my ICONIC discount code doesn’t work?
A valid code for THE ICONIC will work when your order meets all the requirements – that’s why we test and update our edit of codes and offers weekly. But if you’ve got a code from elsewhere, or aren’t sure why it won’t apply, here are some of the most common factors and how to fix them.
- Platform requirements: Some discount codes for THE ICONIC are only available through the app, rather than on the website – including the Welcome Reward offers for new customers. So go to your account profile on the site and in the app to check for applicable discounts.

In the pre-loved section, I recently found great deals on pieces from labels including Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Nautica – and even a Karl Lagerfield leather bag. And in the rescued section, there were repaired pieces for Misha, Chancery, Kivari and Bassike, with prices from $60 when I checked.
- Partner offers: If you’re a member of a program or service that offers discounts and perks, check if any of them give you a way to save more at THE ICONIC. For example, NRMA offers members 7% cashback at THE ICONIC and RACV offers 2-9% discounts on eGift cards for stores including THE ICONIC. When are the biggest sales at THE ICONIC?
- THE ICONIC is known for it’s birthday sales – Shopping Content Producer Maddy Wilson wrote a whole article about the bargains last September, when there were discounts like 30-50% off women’s dresses. I’ve also seen bigger discounts than that when browsing the sale section mid-season.
- But I’ve also seen some of the biggest sitewide bargains during Black Friday and other major sale events. For example, THE ICONIC offered a limited-time 30% discount on a huge range of items for the Black Friday sales last year, with some bigger discounts on select pieces and at key times during the month of November. There was also up to 30% off for Afterpay Day last year.
- So rather than holding out for a particular sale, I’d set up a wishlist with THE ICONIC that means you can check for sales on items you already know you want.

How can I get free shipping with THE ICONIC?
Delivery is free across Australia when you spend over $75 with THE ICONIC. This includes orders shipped by THE ICONIC, marketplace sellers and when you pick up from a collection point.
Editor’s note: If you’re using a discount code, remember your order value will need to be over $75 or more after you’ve applied the code to qualify for free shipping. So if you had a $20 discount, for example, you’d ideally have an order value over $95 before the code was applied. Most current $20 discounts for THE ICONIC have a minimum spend of $99 or $100, so that means you’ll get free shipping with them but it’s still good to keep this threshold in mind for discounts.
How much is delivery with THE ICONIC?
For orders under $75, standard delivery is $8.95 for orders delivered by THE ICONIC or to a post office, and $10.95 for marketplace orders.
Express delivery is $4.95 for orders over $75 and $11.95 for orders under that value.
If you want your order faster, THE ICONIC offers different options that all cost $15.95 for orders over $75 and $17.95 for orders under that. These are available in select locations, but to give you an idea the options for Sydney are:

Does THE ICONIC offer free returns?
Yes, THE ICONIC offers free returns through Australia Post if you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your order confirmation email (which is before your order is delivered). The items need to be unused, unworn and in a saleable condition with all tags and original packaging. It’s easy to start a return once you’re logged into your account. Just go to the order you want to return, select the items and choose whether you want a refund, exchange or store credit. Then, follow the prompts.
What else to know about THE ICONIC returns
- During some promotional periods, THE ICONIC may offer a longer change of mind return period. I’ve seen this during the Christmas/holiday season, for example.
- Final sale items and other items that state they are not able to be returned are excluded from this policy.
- You can also make returns through Parcelpoint by HUBBED, but fees may apply.
