Eagle-eyed David Beckham fans may have actually noticed the Always Pan Mini in action during episode four of his Netflix documentary, where he uses it to cook mussels for Victoria Beckham in his outdoor kitchen (although I nearly blinked and missed it – especially among all the other revelations in the doco). Our Place has playfully named its loyalty program Dirty Dishes Club, and as a member I can tell you there’s thankfully no washing up involved to get perks. You just create a free account to get started as a Guest member. Then, you earn 1 point for every $1 spent with Our Place, as well as for other activities and milestones. This includes 100 points as a first purchase reward, 10 points for each social media follow (TikTok and Instagram, specifically), and 100 points for your birthday.
Every 100 points gives you $10 off with Our Place, and you can also save points to redeem them for bigger discounts of $15, $20, $30 or $50 (for the highest membership tier only).
Your spending also helps you reach higher membership levels that offer bigger rewards. Here’s a look at each level:
- Guest ($0-$199 annual spend): 1 point per $1 spent, early access, a birthday gift and special giveaway offers.
- Friend ($200+ annual spend): All the benefits of Guest members, plus special sales and exclusive gifts with purchase.

Is this loyalty program worth it?
Our Place’s Dirty Dishes Club offers the most value for people who are already planning to buy more with the brand, directly (rather than through another retailer that stocks this cookware). The points themselves essentially give you 10 cents value each, as long as you actually use them. So – as someone with over 15 years of experience covering rewards programs for work – I’d use this rewards progam as a way to save on Our Place when gradually adding to my cookware collection, or to save on gifts for other people.
But for someone only planning to make one purchase (and with cookware I’ve done that before), it doesn’t offer as much value. Then again, it is free and all you have to do is create an account to become a member.
More ways to save with Our Place
- Cookware sets: Our Place offers big savings when you buy cookware sets rather that individual pieces. For example, the Cookware Duo I’ve got my eye on has a value of $525 but is priced at $349. So you’re basically saving $176 compared to buying each piece individually (based on their recommended retail prices at the time of writing).
- Sales: Our Place has sales throughout the year when you can get big discounts across the range. I’ve seen the biggest offers around major sale periods like Black Friday, Boxing Day and EOFY. For example, up to 40% off for the most recent EOFY sale and up to 35% off for Black Friday in 2025
- Amazon: Our Place is also sold on Amazon Australia, so you can check there for different discounts and promotions – especially during Prime Day and other Amazon sales.

Cookware is one of those things that, when bought wisely, lasts ages. So I always find I have questions when I want to update my pieces – and if you’re the same here I have answers to common questions about Our Place discount codes and deals, as well as more generally about shopping with them.
Discount codes and other deals
Our Place doesn’t currently have a first order discount when you sign up to the newsletter. I check this in June 2026 to make sure and, while I got a welcome email very quickly, there was no promo code or offer. But you can use our exclusive discount code to get 10% off your first order (or any order that qualifies).
Our Place offers free shipping throughout Australia, so you don’t need a code.
Unfortunately, no. You can only use one discount code per order. But if you’re a member of the loyalty program, you could save up your points to get a bigger reward, which is at least another way to save more.
More about shopping with Our Place
Our Place orders typically take 6-8 business days to be delivered in Australia. This includes 4 business days for it to be processed and sent out for delivery, and 2-4 days for actual delivery. So you’ll typically get delivery and tracking details within 4 business days of placing the order.
Our Place has a generous 100 day trial period, so if you’re not happy with your items for any reason, you can return them for a refund or exchange during that time. You just need an original order number to get started through the online returns portal. Keep in mind final sale items or those marked as not for return can’t be returned, but based on my research this 100 day trial covers most of the Our Place collection.
Also, any refund will be based on the amount you paid, so if you used a discount code that will be factored in.
Our Place is best known for the Always Pan and its range of non-toxic, non-stick cookware. Unfortunately, Selena Gomez has only had limited-edition collections with Our Place, which quickly sold out. I even checked marketplace and couldn’t find any listings for her cookware (it’s that nice!).
