Is a Sleep Republic mattress worth it without a discount? Here’s my take as a Deals Editor who’s also in the market for a mattress
While my current mattress is fine for now (thanks partly to a quality mattress topper), I’m looking to replace it in the next year or so. Sleep Republic offers free delivery to all metro areas, as well as inner regional areas. This includes free delivery to Wollongong, Newcastle, Port Macquarie, the Gold Coast, Noosa, Ballarat, Geelong and Freemantle. Even Byron Bay in northern NSW had free delivery when I checked.
But for addresses considered in an ‘outer regional’ area, mattress and bed base delivery starts from $99. Smaller items are still delivered for free, though.
What is Sleep Republic’s 150 night trial?
Sleep Republic offers a trial period of 150 nights from when you get your mattress or other items, so you can return them for a full refund if they’re not right. Here’s a simple summary of how it works:
- You choose your Sleep Republic items and pay for them.
- When your order is delivered, the trial period begins.
- You need to sleep on your mattress or pillows for at least 14 nights.
- If you decide you don’t like them after 14 nights and before 150 nights, contact Sleep Republic on info@sleeprepublic.com.au to arrange the return.
- Sleep Republic may organise free pick-up with a charity partner if there’s one in your area. Or, if not, you’ll need to organise donation to a charity, and provide proof of the pickup before they process your full refund.
