How to add your Amart promo code
It only takes a few steps from getting your code to adding it to your Amart order:

Does Amart have a discount code for new customers?
Yes! Amart offers a 10% discount for new customers who join the Amart Club loyalty program and subscribe for email updates. It’s free to join and subscribe, and you have 30 days to use the discount to save on full-price items.
Is there a promo code for free shipping at Amart?
Amart doesn’t currently have a promo code for free shipping but does run limited-time promotions for free or reduced delivery to select locations. For example, during the Sleep Sale in August 2026, Amart offered free delivery on mattresses over $1299 within 20km of the chosen Amart store. The same offer also included free removal of an old mattress.
I’ve also seen flat-rate delivery for ‘online exclusive’ items, with one promotion offering $59 for Sydney, Melbourne and ACT metro areas, and another offering $39 for Brisbane metro.

Can I get a discount at Amart if I have a concession card?
Amart doesn’t currently offer any concession card discounts, including for students or pension cardholders. But you can save with any of the discount codes and offers here.
Can I stack Amart discount codes?
Unfortunately, no. Amart only allows one discount code per order. But if you also have an Amart gift card, you could add that to your order as another way to keep your out-of-pocket costs down.
Other reasons an Amart promo code may not work, and what to do about it
Some of the most common reasons an Amart code won’t work is if there’s already a code or discount in your cart, the code’s entered wrong, the order doesn’t meet the offer conditions or you’re not logged in. Here’s how to check, and potentially fix an issue:
- Is the code entered correctly? Amart promo codes may be case-sensitive, so make sure you include any capital letters. Copying and pasting the code, then checking there are no extra spaces or characters, is an easy fix for this issue.
- Does your cart already have a discount? Some Amart promo codes only apply to full-price items, and others may be automatically applied so you don’t need to add it yourself. For example, the 10% discount for new members is auto-applied and only works on full-price items.
- Does your furniture qualify for the promo code? Every Amart promo code has a set of conditions for when you can use it. For example, some promotions may apply to ‘online only’ orders, or for specific types of furniture. Check these details and update your cart (if needed) before adding the code again.
- Are you logged in? Amart offers promo codes and other discounts to members of the free Amart Club, which means you need to be logged in to use them. This includes the 10% discount for new members. So logging in is a quick fix.
- Is the code valid? If you’ve used a code before, or have one that’s part of an expired promotion, it won’t work. This includes the 10% discount for new members, which is valid for 30 days and wouldn’t work after that. But if you think the code should be applying, contact Amart through the online chat so they can help.

- Sales: Check out Amart’s sale section for discounts on furniture at any time – I recently saw savings of up to 50%. But I usually find the widest range of discounts and promotional offers during major sales including EOFY, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Boxing Day. For example, Amart offered discounts of up to 60% for the EOFY sale in 2026. And for Black Friday, you could get 20-60% off storewide on select furniture and décor at Amart.
- Price matching: Amart offers a Price Beat Guarantee for in-store items, including both full-price and sale stock. So if you find the exact same item at an Australian retailer, share a screenshot, photo or other proof with the team at Amart and when it’s verified they’ll offer a lower price. It’s worth noting that marketplace sites like Amazon and eBay are excluded, but if you find the same brand and item during a big sale like Black Friday, this offer can help you get an even lower price.
- Click and collect: Amart offers free click and collect from stores for all in-stock furniture and homewares (not including online exclusives). Outside of any promotions, this is the easiest ongoing way to save on delivery fees.
Does Amart offer discounts on furniture packages? Here’s what I found out
Amart offers a range of dining sets and bed ensembles, which make it easier to furnish a whole space or upgrade your bed and base in one go. But if you’re wondering whether the packages actually offer a discount, you’re not alone. As a Deals Editor, I did a deep-dive into these packages to answer that question. The short answer: there are some great savings on Amart packages, especially for outdoor and indoor dining sets, but some bed ensembles were actually more expensive than buying the mattress and base separately.
Let’s start with the savings. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the difference in price for a 7-piece Seminyak outdoor dining setting.

Outside of any sales, choosing this dining suite would save you $274 or 5.5% compared to buying the chairs and table separately. But it’s worth noting the 7-piece set was actually on sale for 40% off when I was looking ($2799 instead of $4699) – and the individual items were still full price. So depending on when you shop you could save even more.
But as another example, the Sealy Perfect Balance Elation Deluxe Queen Bed Ensemble, which is priced at $1599, was actually more expensive than buying the mattress and bed base separately when I checked. Both mattress and base were on sale, so when I added them to cart as individual items, the total was $1498. If they weren’t on sale, the cost would be $1698 and the ensemble set would be cheaper.

Amart FAQs: Delivery, returns and more
If you’re new to shopping with Amart or just want all the key details without having to hunt them down, I’ve drawn on my many hours of research to bring you answers to some of the most common questions.
How much is delivery with Amart?
Outside of any limited-time free delivery promotions, Amart charges delivery fees based on the order size, delivery location and method. So you’ll get details of the cost when you’re at the checkout.
But to give you an idea, I was quoted a delivery fee of $135 for the Dacia Leather 3 Seater Sofa with electric recliners when I entered addresses for every Australia capital city (Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Hobart, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin and Brisbane). This sofa weighs 123kg, so it’s on the heavy side.
As another example, I looked at delivery fees for the Salgado Set of 2 Coffee Tables (34kg), and was quoted different delivery fees for each city:
- Sydney: $41.22
- Canberra: $60.03
- Melbourne: $50.54
- Brisbane: $40.94
- Adelaide: $63.77
- Hobart: $76.82
- Perth: $86.86
- Darwin: $125.27
Can I click and collect any Amart order?
Amart offers free click and collect for furniture and other items available at Amart store locations. But items labelled as ‘online exclusives’ or similar are only available for delivery, so you won’t be able to pick them up.
What payment options does Amart offer?
Amart accepts payment by Visa credit or debit card, as well as buy now pay later via PayPal’s Pay In 4 plan and Afterpay. You can also pay for some or all of your order with an Amart gift card if you have one.
As well as these options, Amart has a detailed finance section on the website, with both Afterpay and Latitude credit card offers if you want to pay off your order over time. But keep in mind that additional fees, credit checks and requirements apply.
Does Amart offer furniture customisation?
Yes! Amart offers a range of custom made pieces, which let you choose the fabric or finish, configuration and more. There were over 700 custom made pieces available when I checked, including some on sale.
What is Amart’s return policy?
If you change your mind, Amart offers exchange or refund options for most items within 30 days when they’re in their original condition with all packaging, instructions and other details. For pillows and mattresses, there’s a shorter timeframe of 48 hours.
Amart also offers a 180 Night Sleep Guarantee on Amart Furniture Orthokinetic mattresses. This means you can sleep on your mattress for up to 180 days, and return it for an exchange if it’s not right. But you do need to have a water and stain resistant mattress protector on the mattress during the trial, and pay for delivery and return.
As well as these options, Amart accepts returns when products are not as described, not fit for purpose or there are other issues (e.g. a manufacturing fault). Note that you typically need proof of purchase for a return with Amart. But if you have any questions, you can contact Amart through the online chat or call your nearest store.
