How to redeem an SSS Hair discount code
SSS Hair makes it easy to redeem your discount code at the checkout. On mobile, you actually have two different chances to add it before you pay. Here’s how to do it:
- Get an active SSS Hair discount code: The codes and offers on Woman’s Day are all individually tested by our Deals Team to make sure they work. So just choose one and click on it to get the code and/or details.

Why is my SSS Hair discount code not working?
Woman’s Day tests every code and offer for SSS Hair before adding it to confirm you’ll be able to use it. But there are still a few reasons a discount code may not work when you’re at the checkout on SSS Hair, including:
- A discount code with mistakes in it: If the code has capitalised letters, make sure they’re written exactly as printed. Also check for any typos or extra characters in the discount code field, as these can affect the code.
- Not meeting a minimum spend or order requirement: Most discount codes have specific requirements, such as spending over a certain amount or getting a discount on a specific product category or brand. The RAWards Club is a free membership program that gives you a few ways to get discounts and value on your SSS Hair purchases. When you sign up, you get 200 points as a new member, which kick-starts your reward balance. You then earn 1 point per $1 spent, and a set number of points for the following:

Is RAWards Club worth it?
As someone who has spent the better part of 17 years covering loyalty programs as a lifestyle and personal finance journalist, I’d say SSS Hair’s rewards program offers the most value to people who spend a lot on hair products and tools, or even those with a side-hustle as a hairdresser or pet groomer.
This is similar for most reward programs (spend more to get more benefits). But it’s especially true here as RAWards Club only offers points-based discounts as a standard. It’s still free to join, and means you can save your details for future SSS Hair purchases, so even if you’re only making a one-off purchase, it could be worth it just in case.

SSS Hair offers free standard delivery on orders over $200, with a flat rate of $9.95 for standard delivery on orders less than that. Express post costs depend on the order size and details, starting from $14.95 for orders under 500 grams.

Does SSS Hair do refunds?
According to the SSS Hair terms and conditions, the store accepts change-of-mind returns within 7 days of the purchase date when the items are unopened, unused and in their original condition. What is parcel insurance and is it worth it? Here’s what I found out
SSS Hair offers parcel insurance as an optional extra you can pay for when you’re at the checkout. It’s designed to give you more peace of mind about your order. The fee started from $2.45 at the time of writing, and was automatically added to my order. As I didn’t want the insurance, I had to press the toggle to remove it.
It’s worth noting that under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or other solution if something happens to your order, regardless of whether or not you pay for parcel insurance. So keep that in mind when deciding whether to opt-in or out of paying this fee.
My favourite thing about shopping at SSS Hair (beyond the discounts)
I’ve followed SSS Hair for a few years through my work writing for publications including ELLE, marie claire and Woman’s Day, which has given me great appreciation for the range of products and value for money.
