Lululemon only has a discount code field in your bag summary, not at the actual checkout. I discovered this after I forgot to add my code until the payment screen. If that happens to you, just click on the bag icon or Lululemon logo to exit the checkout, go back to your bag and add your code there.

It’s free to join, but you need to verify your professional industry status.
Steps to get the Lululemon 25% discount
- Log into your Lululemon account.
- Go to the Sweat Collective page and click ‘Apply Now’.
- Choose your profession from the list, agree to the terms and conditions and click ‘Continue’.
- Fill in your personal and work details, including the type of activity or activities where relevant (there’s an ‘Other’ option if you want to add specific details).
- Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions again, and submit your form.

- Sales: Lululemon has discounts year-round in the playfully-named ‘We Made Too Much’ sale section on the site. But I’ve also seen bigger discounts around 40-50% during major sales including Black Friday, Boxing Day and EOFY. Plus elusive discount codes during Afterpay Day in August for the past two years.
- Free shipping: Lululemon offers free shipping on all orders when you’re logged in as a member, no code needed. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one for free in a few minutes.
- Free hemming: If you need to adjust the length of your Lululemon pants, head into a store and they’ll do it for free. You don’t even need proof of purchase (that logo’s iconic), and your hemmed pieces will be ready to collect in around 3-6 working days.
- Emergency service and defence force discount: Lululemon offers a 15% discount for people who work in emergency services or the defence force, including police officers, firefighters, paramedics and SES workers. To get the discount, you need to shop in-store and present your ID showing your worker status.
My favourite feature at Lululemon saves money and supports sustainable values, here’s how
Lululemon’s free hemming service used to be one of my favourite features (as someone petite, I almost always have to get pants taken up). But more recently, I discovered another feature that is even more valuable in my opinion: free repairs.
While it’s nice to be able to shop for new pieces, being able to extend the life of Lululemon clothes is an easy way to save money and reduce textile waste. It also means you can really make your money go further, because anything you buy at Lululemon can get extended wear through repairs (cost-per-wear is a great way to justify purchases, too).
If you’ve never heard of this service, here are some of the issues it can help fix:
- Seam that need re-stitching
- Fabric snags
- Loose bonding/glue
- Broken zips
- Broken or damaged snaps, buttons and buckles
- Detached bra and bag straps, as well as drawcords that need to be re-attached
- Damaged clasps and hooks
At the moment, repairs are only available in-store. So you just need to head into your nearest Lululemon with the item you want repaired, let the team know and they’ll fill in a digital form. Your items will be sent for repairs within a week, and it typically takes three weeks after that for your repairs. So it’s around four weeks in total to get more wear out of your favourite Lululemon pieces.

Most Lululemon orders arrive within a week. The brand aims to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days, and they typically arrive 1-3 days after that. But it could take up to 10 business days if, say, you’re in a regional area. Or during peak sale season. You’ll get details when your order is dispatched so you can track it.
What is Lululemon’s return policy?
If you change your mind, you can return your Lululemon items for free through the online portal or by visiting a store (except outlets). Your items need to be in their original condition with all tags attached, and you need proof of purchase.
