- Shop the sale section: The Cotton On sale section is where you’ll find big discounts throughout the year. As an example, I found tops and skirts for more than 50% off, and a cute pair of slides for 59% off when I was last browsing.
- Get a student discount: Cotton On offers a generous 20% discount for students via UNiDAYS. So you need to create a free UNiDAYS account and verify your student status to get this discount, which is available for full-price items only.
- Check for multi-buys: I’ve noticed Cotton On frequently runs promotions that offer savings when you purchase multiple items. For example, I saw 2 for $30 on tops and tees, and 2 for $40 on active items when I was writing this article. These offers can be great value – when I was looking, I found an active top for $34.99 that was part of the 2 for $40 promotion, which means I could save $29.98 if I bought two (or mix and match and still save on other items in the promotion).

While not technically a discount on your order, it could save you paying $7.95 for standard shipping if your order is under $75. And it works on sale items (I checked), so you can get a discount through the sale and save on shipping if you shop strategically.
Every 100 points earned through Cotton On Perks is converted into a $10 voucher you can use at Cotton On & Co stores. This includes Cotton On, Typo, Factorie and Supré.
You earn 1 point per $1 spent at the stores. You also earn 5 points for adding your birthday (worth it for the Birthday Reward), 10 points for signing up for text message updates and up to 15 points for following Cotton On’s social media. Plus other activities, offers and member-only exclusives.

Yes, Cotton On offers free standard shipping on orders over $75. You can also get free shipping on your first order over $30 after signing up to Cotton On Perks. Otherwise, standard delivery for orders is $7.95.
If you want your items sooner, you can also pay for express delivery, which is $9.95 for orders under $70 and $4.95 for orders over $70.
Yes, you can click and collect an order from select stores and there’s no cost if your order is over $35. A fee of $2.95 applies for orders under $35.
Cotton On accepts change of mind returns for most items if they are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unused and with original tags or stickers attached). And you can return Cotton On items at any time as long as they meet the requirements and you have proof of purchase. Based on my research and experience, this is a generous policy, as many other retail stores limit change of mind returns to within a set time after purchase.
