What if my Witchery promo code doesn’t work?
I have a lot of experience with code errors, and the first thing I’d say is don’t assume it’s expired. While that is an obvious issue, it’s also one of the reasons why Woman’s Day independently verifies each code at the checkout.
So beyond that, some of the most common reasons a code won’t work come down to mistakes when entering it in the discount code field, not being logged in or not meeting the requirements.
- Check the code is entered exactly as it’s printed: If the code is case-sensitive, you’ll need to make sure the letters are capitalised correctly and there are no extra spaces or characters. Copying and entering the code again is an easy fix when this is the issue.
- Log into your account: Discount codes linked to your Witchery account are only available when you’re logged in. So click on the account icon and login if prompted. This also gives you access to any Witchery Reward discounts or perks.
- Check your order meets any spend requirement: Some Witchery discounts are only available when you spend over a certain amount, including the 15% new member discount.
- Make sure your items are eligible: The 15% new customer offer and student discount are examples of Witchery codes that only apply to full-price orders. Can I use Witchery Rewards at Myer?
You can’t redeem a Witchery reward voucher at Myer. But if you’re shopping Witchery in-store at Myer, presenting your Witchery Loyalty Card or photo ID means the purchase will count towards your Witchery Rewards status and tier.
This is also the case in-store at any Witchery store, and at select David Jones stores, giving you a few ways to shop and climb the member tiers.

What is the Witchery member discount?
The Witchery member discount may refer to the 15% welcome discount. But members who reach the Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers of the reward program also get Welcome Reward and Birthday Reward discounts of $20, $50 and $100 respectively. These are the main ongoing member discounts, although Witchery may also run member-only promotions that offer limited-time discounts too.
Does Witchery have a promo code for free shipping?
Witchery doesn’t have a promo code but offers members free standard shipping on orders over $100. It’s free to become a member, then all you need to do is make sure you’re logged in and your cart total is over $100 after any discount codes or other promotions are applied.
Is there an extra 20% off sale at Witchery?
Witchery doesn’t currently have an extra 20% off sale, but I have seen limited-time promotions like this in the past. For example, in January 2026, Witchery offered an extra 20% off already reduced sale styles. There was also a similar offer in September last year, when Witchery advertised a mid season sale offer to “Take A Further 20% Off Already Reduced Prices”.

- Sale section: Witchery has a dedicated sale section where you can find some great discounts on clothes, shoes and accessories. For example, I saw discounts of up to 65% off at the time of writing, with sale prices on clothes starting from $18.95. My tip is to filter by size, so you only see pieces that will fit.
- Other retailer promotions: Witchery is sold at Myer, David Jones and THE ICONIC, so you can check these stores for discount codes, sales or promotions you can that offer savings on Witchery products. I’ve also turned to stockists when pieces I wanted were sold out on the brand website (one of my favourite tips).
- Student discount: Witchery offers students a 15% discount on full-price items via UNiDAYS.
- Major sales: Witchery has sales throughout the year, including some great mid-season discounts. But around the major sale periods like Black Friday, Boxing Day and Afterpay Day, I’ve also found some bigger bargains. For example, last Black Friday Witchery offered 30% off select items storewide. And, while not branded as a sale for Afterpay Day, Witchery offered 25% off almost everything between August 11-16, 2026 (with members getting early access from August 7).

Does Witchery do click and collect?
Yes, Witchery offers free click and collect from it’s stores. Just choose the click and collect option at the checkout and select the store you want to pick it up from. It also shows whether it will be ready in 2-7 hours or in 8 business days, so you can choose the right store for your timeframes.
How much is delivery with Witchery?
Standard delivery is free for orders over $100 if you’re logged in as a Witchery Rewards member, and free regardless of the order value if you’re a Silver or Gold member. Otherwise, a flat rate of $9.95 applies for standard delivery.
Witchery also offers same-day delivery to select postcodes for $14.95.
When will I get my Witchery order?
Standard delivery orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days after dispatch, and Witchery will send you an email with details when the order’s processed.
If you want your order sooner and are in a covered, metro area, you can get delivery by 9pm on the same day when you order before the cut-off time. This depends on where you are, so I’ve listed details here:
- NSW, ACT, VIC and TAS: 12pm
- QLD: 11am
- SA and NT: 11:30am
- WA: 9am
Are Witchery returns free?
Witchery offers a free change-of-mind policy with free returns in-store within 30 days from the date you get your items. The items need to be unworn and in their original condition, with proof of purchase.
If you want to return your items by post, Witchery offers free return postage for Gold Reward Members. This is specifically for Witchery products (not third-party items). To get free return postage, you need to still have Gold status, and need to have made the purchase while logged in.
Otherwise, there’s a $9.95 postage return fee, which is deducted from your refund.
The meaningful reason Witchery is one of my favourite Australian fashion brands
Witchery is one of those Australian brands I’ve always admired, with a history dating back to the 1970s and a reputation for chic, refined style with a modern edge. Or as Woman’s Day Shopping Editor Chanelle Mansour sums it up in her article on affordable Australian fashion brands, Witchery “offers everything from versatile workwear to bold statement pieces that effortlessly elevate any outfit.”
But beyond style and affordable pricing, what really stands out to me is Witchery’s White Shirt Campaign. Since 2008, this campaign has invited people to buy a white shirt – a classic wardrobe staple – to raise funds for the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF). It’s also been supported by some seriously recognisable faces, including Emma Watkins, Claudia Karvan, Melissa Leong, Natalie Barr and Samantha Harris.
To date, it’s raised almost $18 million ($17.97 million when I checked). This year, Witchery has partnered with fellow Australian label St. Agni on three designs (this one’s in my cart). I don’t say this often, but this is one item I’m happy to pay full-price for – so I’ll keep my Witchery discounts to everything else.
