How to add a Novo discount code

Why is my Novo shoes discount code not working?
A mismatched code, logged out purchase, cart that doesn’t meet the minimum spend or a code that’s not valid are some of the most common reasons a Novo Shoes discount code won’t apply at the checkout. We personally verify every code and offer here to make it easier. But if you’re at the checkout, here’s what else to check:
- Is the code entered exactly as it’s printed? Check for capital letters, different symbols or even a space at the end of the code. These can stop a valid code from being applied. You can also just copy the code again and re-enter it as a quick fix for this issue.
- Are you logged in? Some Novo Shoes discount codes and vouchers only work when you’re logged into your account. You’ll usually be prompted to login, but otherwise you can go to the login page and enter your details before checking out.

Is there a Novo discount code for the first order?
Yes! Novo Shoes offers a $10 discount on your first order over $80 when you join the free rewards program. The welcome voucher is added to your account and you have 60 days to use it online through your account. You can also redeem it in-store by providing your membership details.
What is the Novo $20 birthday voucher?
Members of Novo Rewards get a $20 birthday voucher each year when they are signed up and add their birthday to their account. You need to add these details at least four weeks before your actual birthday, and can use it on a purchase over $80.
The $20 birthday reward is sent out 14 days before your birthday and is valid for 45 days. So you have time to find the right birthday gift for yourself.
Does Novo Shoes have a promo code for free shipping?
Novo Shoes may sometimes run free shipping promotions but doesn’t currently have any available. So you’ll pay a flat rate of $6.50 for standard delivery or $14.95 for express delivery.

Novo Rewards is the store’s free member program, which unlocks value as soon as you join thanks to the $10 discount for new customers. You also get a $20 birthday voucher each year, just for being a member and adding your birthday to your profile.
Novo Rewards also gives you a way to earn more discounts throughout the year. As a member, you earn 1 point per $1 spent at Novo, and every 100 points gets you a $10 voucher you can use to save on a Novo Shoes purchase over $80.
To put this in perspective, full-price Novo Shoes styles had prices ranging from around $69.95 to $289.95. This means you’d earn a $10 voucher for every 1-2 pairs of full-price shoes you bought at Novo. If you bought a pair at the high end of the scale, you could even earn a $20 discount.
But it’s worth noting sale styles, bags, jewellery and other accessories have lower prices. So while you can still earn points on them, it will take a bit longer to get that $10 discount voucher.

You can redeem your $10 Novo Rewards vouchers on orders over $80. This includes when you’re buying sale items, as long as the total is over $80.
Is Novo Rewards worth it?
If you’re planning to shop at Novo Shoes, it’s worth joining the free rewards program just for the $10 welcome discount. The value beyond that depends on how often you shop there, but the $20 birthday voucher is one of the more generous offers I’ve seen. Especially for a loyalty program that doesn’t have membership tiers.
The points also offer great value: based on the conversion of 100 points for a $10 voucher, each point is worth 10 cents when it’s redeemed. (To put this in perspective, when I redeem 2000 points for $10 off my shop at a supermarket, every point is worth just 0.5 cents).

- Click and collect: It’s free to pick up your online order from select Novo Shoes store, giving you a way to save on shipping costs. There’s just a minimum order value of $39.95 – and if the price drops after you order, you’ll be offered the best price or promotion when you go to collect it.
- Other retailers: Novo Shoes is also stocked with retailers including Myer and THE ICONIC. How much is delivery with Novo Shoes?
Novo Shoes offers a flat rate of $6.50 for standard delivery in Australia, regardless of your order size or value. For express delivery, there’s a flat rate fee of $14.95 across Australia, with a limit of two items per order.
For overseas deliveries, Novo Shoes also has a standard international delivery fee of $25.
Is there a way to get delivery for free with Novo Shoes?
Novo Shoes doesn’t currently offer free delivery in Australia. But you can click and collect your order for free from select Novo Shoes stores.
Previously, it offered free standard shipping on orders over $79, but the shipping policy has changed since then (I know the standard delivery fee also used to be higher at $9.95, as another example).
Where do Novo Shoes ship from?
Novo Shoes typically ships from the warehouse in Brooklyn, Victoria. But in some cases, your order may come from a store (i.e. for click and collect).
Does Novo Shoes refund?
Yes, Novo Shoes offers refunds for change-of-mind returns, which you can request within 30 days of your purchase. Items need to be unworn, in their original condition and with all their packaging (shoe boxes etc).
It’s easy to lodge a return online through the Novo Shoes website. But if you’re returning by post, you need to buy your own shipping label from Australia Post. This is not a fixed rate, so Australia Post will outline the cost when you’re purchasing the return label.
You can also return items to Novo Shoes stores.
Items excluded from change-of-mind returns
While most shoes and bags can be returned to Novo Shoes under this policy, these items are not able to be refunded if you change your mind:
- Final Sale items
- Jewellery

Some Novo Shoes styles are real leather, and there are dedicated sections for the new leather collection, leather boots and leather sandals. There were over 50 pairs of leather shoes across these three sections of the Novo website when I checked. Other shoes are listed as having ‘manmade’ materials, which are great non-leather options if you’re vegan.
