How to use a Tony Bianco discount code
It’s easy to add a discount code to your Tony Bianco order – it took me less than a minute last time I was at the checkout. First, you need a valid code, and that’s where the Woman’s Day Deals Team steps up by testing and verifying every Tony Bianco discount code and offer here. The rest of the process happens in a few simple steps:
- Copy the code: Choose your Tony Bianco discount from our edit and when you click on it you can copy the code and/or view the offer details.
- Go to the website: We’ll open a new window that takes you straight to the relevant section on Tony Bianco’s Australian site. You can also just click on Tony Bianco from the offer card to have a window come to the front of your browser.
- Add your new pieces: Browse the collections of heels, boots, flats, bags and anything else, then add what you want to your cart. When you’re ready, just click through the cart to checkout.
- Apply the code: Click on the ‘Order summary’ at the start of the checkout page to expand it and reveal the discount code field. Then, enter your code in field, click ‘Apply’ and your order will update with the valid discount.
Here’s how it looks on a mobile phone – I also checked on my laptop and it’s similar except you don’t have to expand the order summary as it’s already visible on the right side of the screen.

Editor’s note: On mobile, you can also add your code before paying by selecting ‘Add code’ just before the payment button. This opens another summary with the discount code field. I sometimes choose this option if I’ve already filled in all the delivery details. Here’s a screenshot highlighting where to click.

Tony Bianco’s welcome offer is an easy way to get $20 off your first order – here’s what to know
Tony Bianco’s free loyalty program, TB Insider, offers you a $20 discount on your first order over $150. The Welcome Reward will be added to your account after you join – it only took a few minutes before mine was added – and you can apply the discount at the checkout by logging in, selecting ‘Apply Rewards’ and choosing the amount you want to redeem.
The Welcome Reward for new members is valid for 30 days, so make sure you take note of the expiry date and use it before then.
Is there a 10% newsletter discount code with Tony Bianco?
There isn’t currently a separate newsletter sign-up offer at Tony Bianco. But you can get a $20 discount as a new member when you sign up to the loyalty program, which also subscribes you for newsletter updates.
How to get more discounts and benefits with TB Insider
The $20 discount for new members is just the starting point for Tony Bianco’s loyalty program benefits. You also get a birthday reward, as well as 1 point per $1 spent towards reaching a higher membership level and more benefits. Here’s a breakdown of the key discounts and perks, plus how much you need to spend over 12 months to reach the next level:
- Level One ($0-$299): Entry-level members get the $20 Welcome Reward, as well as a $10 Birthday Reward, early sale access and exclusive content. Every reward has a 30-day expiry.
- Level Two ($300-$699): Members get a $20 Welcome Reward for reaching Level Two, a $30 Birthday Reward and a $20 Anniversary Reward discount, which are all valid for 30 days. Plus the other benefits offered to Level One members.
- Level Three ($700-$1199): Reaching Level Three earns members a $60 Welcome Reward, $40 birthday and anniversary rewards, free express shipping, early access to sales, access to exclusive content and promos, and a longer 60-day expiry for reward discounts.
- Concierge (over $1200): These big spenders get rewarded with a $70 Welcome Reward discount voucher, $50 birthday discount, $60 anniversary discount, free express shipping, free returns (AU and US), early access to new collections and sales and access to exclusive content and offers. Concierge members also get 15% off all full-price items at Tony Bianco, but keep in mind this discount can’t be combined with other promos or offers.
Is Tony Bianco’s loyalty program worth it?
It’s free to join TB Insider, so if you’re planning to shop at Tony Bianco and have your eye on an order worth more than $150, it’s worth joining so you can save with the $20 Welcome Discount. The $10 birthday discount for Level One members is also a nice perk if you’re treating yourself to new shoes or a bag for your birthday.
For anyone spending a lot at Tony Bianco, this program offers a huge range of valuable discount vouchers and benefits. The way I look at it is that you’re basically getting value for purchases you were already planning to make.
But I’ve also written about loyalty programs a lot in my 17+ years as a lifestyle and personal finance journalist, so I would also say that if you find yourself spending more than you normally would in order to level-up, or if you don’t want to get email updates, it might not be worth it long-term. Still, you could always join for the $20 welcome discount, then decide after that whether you want to keep the account.
“I love a birthday discount and Tony Bianco’s loyalty program offers a nice $10 reward as a starting point, which can go up to $50 depending on how much you spend there. It’s an easy way to save and potentially treat yourself for your birthday.”

Four more ways to save with Tony Bianco
- Shop the sale section: You can find great discounts on Tony Bianco shoes throughout the year by heading to the sale section of the site. I recently found a gorgeous pair of leather heels discounted by 63% (from $219.95 down to $80) – with an extra 20% off at the checkout as part of a promotion. You can browse by style, as well as final sale and last chance only. My tip is to also filter by size to avoid disappointment.
- Wait for a big sale: Tony Bianco often has some of the biggest sitewide discounts during major sale periods like Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, EOFY and Afterpay Day. For example, you could get 20% off selected styles for EOFY in 2026, with a similar 20% discount offer for Afterpay Day in March 2026. I also saw 20% off selected styles at Tony Bianco when I was covering Black Friday sales last year, so it’s a bit of a trend.
- Save as a student: If you’re studying, you can get a 10% discount at Tony Bianco through one of two partnered student platforms. You just need to create a free account and verify your student status before you can use the discount.
- Check out stockists: I’ve seen Tony Bianco shoes and bags on sale at other retailers, including THE ICONIC and David Jones. So it’s worth checking these stores when they have a major sale, or if you have a discount code for one of them.

Tony Bianco FAQs: Discount codes, deliveries and more
After spending so much time researching, browsing and shopping online, I know all too well how much easier things are when the important details are all in one place. So here, you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about shopping with Tony Bianco, from discounts and offers to deliveries and returns.
Does Tony Bianco have a promo code for free shipping?
There’s currently no promo code for free shipping at Tony Bianco, but you can get free express shipping on orders over $150 in Australia. If you’re a Level Three or Concierge member of TB Insider, you also get free express delivery on all orders.
How much is shipping for orders that don’t get free delivery?
Tony Bianco charges a flat rate of $12 for standard delivery and $14 for express delivery in Australia. If you’re tossing up between these shipping fees, I find the delivery timeframe estimates can help with the decision:
- 5-15 business days for standard delivery
- 1-4 business days business days for express delivery
Editor’s tip: If you want to avoid shipping fees on a Tony Bianco order under $150, you could choose to click and collect from your nearest Tony Bianco store. Or see if you can share an order with a friend or family member to reach the free shipping threshold.
Is there a Tony Bianco discount for essential workers or community groups?
Tony Bianco doesn’t currently offer any specific discount codes for essential workers or other groups, apart from the student discount. But you can use any of the discount codes and offers here to save – and if a new promo code for any other specific groups is released, we’ll add it here after testing to make sure it works.
Can I get a discount with TB Insider reward points?
While the TB Insider loyalty program offers you 1 point per $1 spent, these points only count towards reaching a higher membership tier. I double-checked this with the team at Tony Bianco, who confirmed the points are a way of tracking your membership level, while the rewards are in the form of the Welcome, Birthday and Anniversary discount vouchers, plus other perks.
Is it free to make a return with Tony Bianco, or do I have to pay?
Usually, Tony Bianco charges a $12 fee for change of mind returns made within 30 days. But from July 4, 2026, Tony Bianco is waiving this fee for customers in Australia for a limited time. There’s no public end-date for this offer, but when I checked on July 29, 2026 it was still active. TB Insider Concierge members also get free AU and US returns at Tony Bianco as an ongoing perk.
What can I return?
- You can return any full-priced item for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days if it’s unworn, undamaged and in its original condition.
- Some sale and marked-down items can also be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days if they meet the conditions.
- Final sale and outlet items are not eligible for a return unless they are faulty.
What payments can I use at Tony Bianco online?
Tony Bianco accepts all major credit and debit cards in Australia, as well as Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Afterpay and Klarna. It also accepts a huge range of other payment methods, including Zip, Samsung Pay, Alipay and Union Pay, if you select ‘Additional payment methods’.
What Woman’s Day editors love about Tony Bianco
Whether it’s an on-trend style, patent leather finish or a chic bag, Tony Bianco pieces all bring a sense of understated luxury. As well as being a Woman’s Day favourite for Australian shoe brands, Tony Bianco has been featured in articles on royal handbags, spring sandals and trending colour guides (to name a few).
Woman’s Day Shopping Editor Chanelle Mansour sums it up as “one of Australia’s leading fashion footwear brands for a reason”.
“Tony Bianco stocks all the classics. The neutral flats, the statement boots, even the perfect date night heels. At an adorable price, it gives you a high-end style for much less.”
Chanelle Mansour, Woman’s Day Shopping Editor
I also appreciate the timeless sense of style – even with designs that follow the latest trends (like some of the gorgeous chocolate leather shoes and bags available now). In fact, I found a Woman’s Day article from 2012 featuring a pair of Tony Bianco heels in a metallic, snakeskin design that fits current fashion trends. (Metallic was a big feature at the 2025 Oscars and is still trending in 2026, while animal print is also having a moment in 2026). So whether you’re saving with discount code, sale or member benefit, there’s a good chance you’ll be wearing Tony Bianco pieces for years to come.
