KitchenAid offers 10% off your first purchase over $100 when you subscribe to the newsletter. As well as being one of the easiest ways to save, I found it quick as well – the email with my welcome discount code was in my inbox in moments. You also have 30 days to use the code.
Another key benefit that stands out to me is that KitchenAid subscribers get a yearly discount/gift for their birthday. When I signed up through a pop-up offer for the newsletter, adding my date of birth was optional – so make sure you do add it if you want a birthday treat.

- Add the code again. Check the code is entered exactly as it’s printed, including any capitalisation. Also check there are no extra characters after the code – sometimes a typo can be the issue, which is a quick fix.

- Price Match Promise: If you find an identical KitchenAid item in-stock at a lower price with another Australian store, contact KitchenAid to get the same price directly with them. Unlike some price-match services, this is available for authorised online Australian retailers, which means you can easily compare prices from your phone or computer, take a screenshot as proof and then fill in the Price Match Request form.

Are KitchenAid refurbished products cheaper? Here’s what my analysis found
If you’re someone who loves a bargain (same), at some stage you’ve probably considered refurbished products as a way to save. KitchenAid does actually have a selection of certified refurbished products available on the website, but the range varies depending on availability.
When I checked, there were a range of refurbished Artisan Tilt-Head Stand Mixers available for $599, with the model number KSM193. While no longer available to buy new, this model was cheaper than the recommended retail prices for all the available, new Artisan Tilt-Head Stand Mixer models ($749 to $1199 when I checked).
But there was also a sale when I was comparing the refurbished and new models. And two new Artisan Tilt-Head Stand Mixers had discounted prices that made them cheaper: the KSM45 was discounted from $749 to $499 and the KSM192 was discounted from $899 to $529.
The verdict:
It pays to check both refurbished and new KitchenAid products for the best price. Although if you want a specific, discontinued model, KitchenAid’s refurbished section is a good place to start.

KitchenAid actually offers free shipping on orders over $99, with no code needed. Otherwise, there’s a flat rate of $10 for delivery.

KitchenAid doesn’t currently offer a dedicated discount for students in Australia. I also checked for discounts for people with Seniors Cards and essential workers, and there are no current offers publicly available. But you can use any of the deals here to save.
