Top tips to save with Nomad the Label
- Sign up to the newsletter: Nomad the Label offers a 10% discount on your first order after signing up to the newsletter. Plus you’ll get all the latest news and offers to your inbox.
- Pre-order favourite styles: Best-selling items at Nomad the Label often sell out. But if there’s something you want that’s not in stock (or in your size), check if you can pre-order it so you don’t miss out. Just keep in mind that pre-orders typically take 4-6 weeks to ship, so if it’s something you want to take travelling you’ll need to order in advance.
- Shop during sales: Nomad the Label has sales throughout the year when you can find great savings, including Black Friday and Boxing Day sales. To give you an idea, you could get 25% off your order when you bought two or more items during the latest Boxing Day sale, while for Black Friday 2025 Nomad the Label offered 25% off ‘almost everything’.
- Check the outlet: Nomad the Label has an online outlet with huge savings on final sale items. When I checked, you could get discounts of 50-70% on the original listed price. But keep in mind that these items can’t be returned, so it’s worth taking extra care to check sizing and details first.
Nomad the Label FAQs: Discounts, returns and more
Actually, there’s a good chance you won’t need a code when you’re shopping there, because Nomad the Label has free standard shipping for orders over $200. I’ve found it easy to meet that spending threshold, but I also found accessories from $10 when I was checking, which could be handy if you’re a few dollars shy and don’t want to pay for shipping.
Standard shipping in Australia costs $9 for orders under $200 and is free for orders above that. And if you want your items sooner, you can pay $15 for expedited shipping.
That’s a recurring question for many of us shopping online! In this case, Nomad the Label notes that all orders have a tracking number via either Australia Post (standard) or TGE Priority Express (expedited). So once your order is dispatched (typically 1-2 days after payment processing), you’ll get details and a clear timeframe for delivery.
But keep in mind that pre-orders will take around 4-6 weeks longer, and during peak periods dispatch times are 2-3 days longer.
Nomad the Label doesn’t have a loyalty program in Australia right now, but you can sign up to the newsletter to get 10% off your first order and the latest updates.
Nomad the Label offers change-of-mind returns in the first 30 days from delivery for both full-price and sale items. But there are a few conditions and details to be aware of:
-There is a $10 handling fee for returns when you request a refund.
-Exchanges and store credits don’t attract a handling fee (great if you just need a different style or size).
-Sale items can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
-Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, including with tags attached.
-Returns are easy to make through the online portal.
For faulty items or other major issues, contact Nomad the Label on customercare@nomadthelabel.com.au with details and/or images.

Is Nomad the Label Australian?
Yes, Nomad the Label is an Australian brand founded by Louisa Warman in 2020. After 10 years of van life along Australia’s east coast, followed by pandemic lockdowns, Luisa launched Nomad the Label – drawing inspiration from her travels.
“I was done with the bright colours and florals. I wanted to wear something that felt more in tune with my values and my evolving sense of style…. But there was something missing in the market — clothing that resonated with my values of comfort and freedom, designed specifically for women like me who weren’t represented by mainstream brands.”
Louisa Warman, Nomad the Label founder
Why Nomad the Label stands out to our Deal’s Editor
The first time I came across Nomad the Label, I was really impressed by their commitment to high-quality clothing in natural fabrics. Sometimes, that’s just what I want – and the pieces available are great staples for travel or weekends. I’m actually looking at the Portillo Linen Pants right now, which I could imagine being dressed up or down for a wide range of occasions.
But something else that stands out to me is the level of detail shared on the site. I’ve even found length measurements for pants and dresses on Nomad the Label – and as someone definitely on the petite side, I absolutely appreciate being able to check how much fabric I’ll need to get hemmed!
