It depends on the promotional offer, but there are definitely some Adairs coupon codes or vouchers that work whether you’re shopping in-store or online. For example, Linen Lovers can redeem their Welcome Reward voucher in-store by presenting their membership card and email, or online by logging in and selecting it for a purchase.
What if the code’s not working?
There are lots of reasons a code might not apply at the checkout straight away, and some have easy fixes. Here’s what to check:

Editor’s verdict
If you join Linen Lovers before buying anything at Adairs, the Welcome Reward and 5-10% member price discounts make it easy to save more than you pay for the 2-year membership. If you’re strategic about when you shop, you can also get extra value from the $20 Birthday and Anniversary Rewards. But if you’re not a frequent shopper at Adairs, just take note of when your membership period ends, to avoid potentially being charged for another 2-year membership.

How much is delivery with Adairs?
Adairs charges a standard delivery fee of $19.95 in Australia, but it’s free for orders over $175, as well as for orders over $50 if you’re a Linen Lovers member.
Different delivery fees also apply for furniture and other large or heavy items that require oversized delivery. These fees depend on the item and location, so you’ll see details at the checkout.
But to give you an idea, I checked delivery fees for Marmo Toronto & Walnut Rectangular Marble Coffee Table, which weighs 73.7kg, and was quoted $98.83 for an address in Sydney, $87.54 for an address in Melbourne, $117.74 for an address in Brisbane and $133.28 for an address in Newcastle.
What is Call & Deliver at Adairs?
This is another delivery service that allows you to order directly from a store and have them deliver the items via the Toll network within five days. If you’re a Linen Lovers member, you can also get same-day Call & Deliver options. There is a $15 fee for Call & Deliver services, including for Linen Lovers.
Can I click and collect?
Yes, you can click and collect bedding, towels and smaller home items from your chosen Adairs store. But click and collect is not available for oversized items like furniture, large rugs and mirrors.
What is Adairs return policy?
Adairs offers a generous 60-days for change of mind returns, which increases to 90 days for Linen Lovers members. The items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, and you can easily start a return online or by visiting a store. Just keep in mind that there are some exclusions, including duvets/quilts, underblankets, mattress toppers, mattress protectors, nursery mattresses, pillows and pillow protectors. For larger items (i.e. anything that you paid oversized delivery for), contact Adairs on 1300 783 005 to arrange the return, as they can’t be returned to a store or through the return portal.

Founded in Melbourne in the 1900s, Adairs is a well-loved Australian brand that I’d consider to have ‘household name’ status. It’s one of the first places I go when I want nice new bedding or towels, and I know I’m not alone: Adairs also features in Woman’s Day’s guide to the best affordable sheets. But there’s a lot more on offer when you get past these well-loved items.
Recently, I’ve been looking at some lovely rugs from Adairs, while Woman’s Day Shopping Editor Chanelle Mansour spotted a trendy glass side table on clearance that would be great for a retro-modern vibe. In fact, Fashion Editor Janine Donovan has featured Adairs furniture and homewares in a guide to retro home styling, as well as rattan furniture and décor – and even in a guide to recreating the look of Jennifer Lopez’s glamorous home on a budget. It’s even featured in a previous roundup of the best Christmas trees with lights – and as I’m hosting Christmas this year, I’ll be looking forward to the new collection there.
This brings me to a key feature that stands out at Adairs: the range of high-quality items for different areas of the home, often at competitive prices. But of course, as a Deals Editor, I have to say the Linen Lovers discounts are a big drawcard too. I don’t know many stores that offer 10% off full-price items for members, let alone 5% off sale items. The fact that there are also discount codes and vouchers (some for non-members too), means there are ways to save whether you’re a regular customer or just checking it out on a whim.
