Another season of Farmer Wants A Wife has reached its final decisions – but for former contestant Keeley Rankin, the real drama isn’t over yet.
From Dylan’s much-discussed pick to a warning about which couples might not make it to reunion night, Keeley’s breaking down everything fans need to know.

The reunion warning
Keeley says it’s what happens after filming wraps that fans should really be paying attention to.
“Obviously, everyone’s heard rumours about some farmers having maybe broken up with their partners. I’m really hopeful that there’s still a bunch of them together,” Keeley tells Woman’s Day.
Keeley says the long gap between filming and airing means a lot can shift behind the scenes before viewers ever see the reunion.
“I just want to reiterate that Farmer is filmed a long time before we see it, and there’s a lot of time for people to realise that maybe off-camera versus on-camera are very different things, and people’s lives change in that amount of time.”
She admits she’s just as invested in finding out who’s lasted as anyone watching at home.
“So I’m looking forward to seeing the reunion, but I’m also looking forward to seeing all of the social media posts afterwards to see if people have lasted since the reunion as well.”

Dylan’s decision
As for this week’s final decisions themselves, Keeley says they were a little easier to call than last week’s.
“Another year of Farmer decisions over, and I think these ones this week were a little bit more predictable. I think we kind of all assumed that maybe Dylan was going to choose Ally, although it was beautiful to see Scarlett’s relationship with him really bloom in the last few episodes.”
While the outcome wasn’t a shock, Keeley believes Dylan’s bond with Scarlett was genuine – and that’s exactly why he kept her around as long as he did.
“I do think that he really did care for her, and that’s why he maybe kept her after Black Tie, even though it maybe did lead her on a little bit.”
Despite the tough ending, Keeley says Scarlett handled it with grace.
“I think she held herself very gracefully at her departure and said nothing but kind things, so that was a testament to herself as well.”

Yvonne’s exit
Scarlett wasn’t the only one on Keeley’s mind this week – she says Yvonne’s exit stood out to her too.
“I was really interested watching Yvonne’s departure, and I think she did mention she was proud of herself for holding her own, because it’s something that she struggled with.”
Keeley suspects the black tie dinner may have been the moment Yvonne realised where she really stood.
“I think after the black tie [dinner], she might have realised that her connection wasn’t quite as strong as Brodie and Jarrad’s, and I think Brodie and Jarrad are also very sweet together.”
Looking back on the season as a whole, Keeley says it’s been a growth experience for everyone involved.
“But I think everyone’s kind of learnt something about themselves out of this experience.”
