Love is back on the royal agenda for Peter Phillips! Princess Anne’s son is set to marry nurse Harriet Sperling in an intimate wedding this summer.
Sources confirm the couple will exchange vows on Saturday, June 6, at the picturesque All Saints Church in Kemble, Cirencester.
A spokesperson for the couple, Gerard Franklin, shared that both families have been clued in, and, of course, so have the big names: The King and Queen, as well as The Prince and Princess of Wales, are officially in the know. “Further details will be announced in due course,” Gerard teased.
This marks Peter’s second walk down the aisle. He shares daughters Savannah and Isla with his ex-wife, Autumn Kelly, whom he divorced in 2021 following a separation that made royal history – Peter being the first of Queen Elizabeth’s grandchildren to part ways with a spouse.
In the romance department, Peter didn’t stay single for long. He dated Lindsay Wallace for three years, making waves at high-profile events like King Charles’ Coronation Concert at Windsor Castle and his late grandmother’s Platinum Jubilee in 2022.
But it’s Harriet who captured his heart, with the couple officially announcing their engagement on August 1, 2025, after a year of dating.
Gerard shared at the time, “Both families were informed jointly of the announcement and were delighted with the wonderful news.” The statement confirmed that the King, Queen, and Prince and Princess of Wales were all kept in the loop – and a sparkling engagement ring sealed the deal.
Peter and Harriet first stepped out together publicly in May 2024 at the Badminton Horse Trials in Gloucestershire, and since then, they’ve been spotted at all the right places: Royal Ascot, Wimbledon, and even at Sandringham in 2025 alongside the King, Queen, Kate Middleton, Prince William, and the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh.
Harriet, a devoted children’s nurse, brings her own family into the mix – she has a daughter, Georgia, from a previous relationship.
As the countdown to June begins, whispers are swirling: Who will attend? What will she wear? And will Peter finally find his fairy-tale ending in this charming wedding ceremony?
