The pair shocked fans when they confirmed their break-up to Woman’s Day after the 2026 reunion, but Dylan revealed on the red carpet at the 2026 TV WEEK Logie Awards that he’s found someone new.

“I have been seeing a lady, and she’s real cool,” he told New Idea. “She’s into horses and whatnot as well, and her and I are working pretty cool.”

According to Dylan, the pair have only been dating a few weeks, but they’re already getting on “like a house on fire.”

“We’ve got the same ability to talk not good, so it works out well,” he joked.

Asked whether an engagement could be on the cards, Dylan wasn’t getting ahead of himself. “I’ve known this lady for less [time] than I did the show, so I think I need a little bit more time with her first,” he quipped.

He’s keeping her identity under wraps for now – though fans have been quick to speculate that the description sounds a lot like his Farmer Wants A Wife runner-up Scarlett, who shares Dylan’s love of horses as a polo player.

Ally breaks her silence on Dylan’s new romance

Speaking to Woman’s Day, Ally addressed the timing of Dylan’s new relationship, revealing there was more going on behind the scenes after their split than fans realised.

“During our friendship, Dylan reached out wanting to reconnect romantically, and for a little while we explored that,” she said. “So, finding out that he is in a new relationship very shortly afterwards was difficult.”

Ally said she isn’t interested in rehashing what happened. “I don’t feel the need to give a play-by-play of what happened or argue timelines. I feel the situation speaks for itself, and people can draw their own conclusions.”

She also made clear she doesn’t hold any ill will towards her ex. “I don’t believe in villainising people. Relationships are complicated, and everyone is doing the best they can with where they’re at emotionally… I am focusing on my own happiness and healing moving forward.”

Despite the distance between them now, Ally said there will always be a bond there. “There will always be a level of care there for Dylan because we shared a very unique experience together. I really believe you can appreciate what someone meant to your life without needing them to be part of your everyday life.”
