As each contestant is eliminated from the show they remove their eclectic masks to reveal the surprising celebrity face hiding underneath, including everyone from local stars to international music legends.
We’ve seen the likes of Jack Vidgen, Cody Simpson, Ben Lee, Bonnie Anderson and so many more big names revealed in the show’s first two seasons – so what does season three have in store?

Special episode
Poodle – Tori Spelling
Poodle entered The Masked Singer for a one night only special, and performed twice ahead of the show’s season four grand finale. Underneath the mask was American actress and author Tori Spelling, known for her roles in Scary Movie 2 and 90210.
Episode nine
Microphone – Michelle Williams
It was Destiny Child’s Michelle Williams underneath the Microphone, which was no surprise to Mel B who recognised the amazing voice. In 2002, Michelle released her first solo album Heart to Yours.
Episode eight
Blowfly – Shannon Noll
From the moment Blowfly started singing, fans knew it was Shannon Noll underneath the mask. What Aussie wouldn’t recognise the iconic voice behind the song What about me? His rise to stardom first began as a contestant on the first season of Australian Idol.
Episode Seven
Popcorn – Sam Sparro
The movie snack was revealed to be none other than Australian singer and songwriter Sam Sparro, best known for his single Black and Gold in 2008.
Episode six
Gnome – Matt Preston
More commonly recognised for his food critiquing abilities, former MasterChef Australia judge Matt Preston was revealed to be underneath the Gnome mask. This unveiling makes Chrissie Swan correct a third time in a row… could she have psychic abilities?
Episode five
Zombie – Emma Watkins
Parents, children and fans of the kids television show may recognise Emma Watkins as the “Yellow Wiggle.” Zombie was definitely a step away from the Emma’s cheerful wiggle personality, but she joked that she may need to step away from Zombie so as not to spook her young fans.
Episode four
Tiger – Jamie Durie
Tiger may have caught the attention of judge Abbie Chatfield, but it was Chrissie who correctly guessed the celebrity underneath the mask! Jamie is an international award-winning landscape designer, known for his work on Backyard Blitz and hosted The Block before Scott Cam graced our screens.
Episode three
Thong – Pia Miranda
Some fans were convinced Bindi Irwin was under the thong mask, but it was actually 2000s icon Pia Miranda, Best known for playing Josie Alibrandi in the classic Looking for Alibrandi, she’s also done a spot of reality TV before, previously winning Australian Survivor: Champions v Contenders.
Episode two
Caterpillar – Lisa Curry
None of the judges guessed this 60-year-old swimming legend was under the caterpillar mask, leading to plenty of excitement when she revealed herself in the second episode. Who knew Lisa could sing like that?
Episode One
Knight – Ryan Moloney
Fresh off the back of the Neighbours finale, Ryan Moloney decided to hit our screens one more time before a big career change. While we know him best as Toadie, fans were delighted to see another side of the actor on The Masked Singer.
