Farmer Wants A Wife stars Zac Kuiper and Maya Bini have set tongues wagging after a comment exchange on Instagram has fans convinced there could be a baby on the horizon.
The pair – the only couple from the 2026 season still together – have gone public with their relationship for the first time since regaining access to their social media accounts following the reunion.
Zac shared a tribute to Maya on his page, writing that she “makes people cry from laughing too hard and that’s my why,” alongside a nod to her as his “grinchy princess.” Maya posted her own video montage of the couple’s time together since filming wrapped, simply captioning it: “who would’ve thought.”

It was the comments section, though, that had fans buzzing. A friend of Maya’s wrote: “Can’t wait for the 4th generation of apple farmers,” referencing Zac’s family orchard in the Adelaide Hills.
Maya’s reply – “sammmee 🫃” – was enough to send the rumour mill into overdrive, with the pregnancy emoji prompting fans to quickly speculate the couple may already be talking babies.
Although the exchange was likely just playful banter between friends, it comes at a time when Zac and Maya have been increasingly open about their future together.
Zac and Maya on marriage, moving in and long-distance love
Speaking to New Idea, the pair confirmed they’re currently navigating long-distance, with Maya based in Melbourne and Zac on the family orchard in South Australia. “Long-distance is definitely not easy,” Maya said. “We FaceTime every day pretty much… [and] we have written each other a few letters too.”
Living together is reportedly next on the agenda, with the couple telling the outlet it’s something they’ve discussed for within the next year. “It’s always been on the table,” Zac said. “We just didn’t want to rush into anything.”
Marriage, too, is on the table – even if a baby isn’t quite yet. “I know Maya wants a two-carat natural diamond; let’s just say that,” Zac teased, with Maya admitting she’s already sent him “multiple inspirations” for engagement rings. Still, she insists there’s no rush: “I think it’ll happen when it needs to happen.”
The couple have also been folded into each other’s families in a big way, with Zac bringing Maya as his date to his sister’s wedding, and Maya introducing Zac to her extended family of 50 relatives over Christmas.
