Lara Bingle Worthington and Sam Worthington’s first sighting with baby Rocket Zot

Lara Bingle and Sam Worthington have been spotted out as a family with baby Rocket Zot for the first time as they visit a farmers market in LA.

The model mother and actor father were seeing strolling with their less than one-month-old baby in sunny California this past Sunday.

Lara, 27, glowed in a billowy white dress while Avatar star Sam, 38, took the reins, pushing his first born son – welcomed at the end of March – along in his pram.

A usually surly Sam was spotted with a grin ear to ear as his wife lovingly linked her arm around him, often gazing down to check on the bub.

The tot’s name, while unusual, holds a familial significance for the trio with “Zot” being the nickname for Lara’s late father Graham who passed away from cancer in 2008 when the Cronulla-raised model was just 20.

Lara’s mother Sharon is believed to have been at Cedars-Sinai hospital when her grandson was born. Upon her return to Sydney earlier this week the new grandmother reportedly gushed to the paparazzi about the new addition to her family.

“It was beautiful, it was really good,” Sharon told the Daily Mail.

And when asked about the highlight of her trip she said: “My grandson. Spending time with him. It was beautiful.”
