Dubbed Bennifer II the pair, who tied the knot in 2005, are believed to have “secretly separated” and are sadly “headed for divorce.”
Reports from multiple media outlets, including OK! USA, InTouch, The National Enquirer and Radar Online have reported the parents of Violet, nine, Seraphina, six and Samuel, three, are heading for a $USD150 million divorce.
A source claims Ben and Jen plan to announce their divorce before their 10-year-anniversary next month.
“Ben and Jen are through,” an insider told Radar Online.
“He’s told Jen that he wants the official statement to come out before their ten-year wedding anniversary on June 29 – which he hopes will give enough time for the news to die down by the time he has to promote Batman v Superman and the other movies he has coming out next year.”
The couple looked strained when they were last seen together on April 24th.
Adding fire to the speculation, Ben failed to celebrate his wife’s birthday as he was in Canada.
A friend of Jen, 43 spoke to OK! USA revealing the strain of their relationship is affecting their marriage.
“Often, when Ben and Jen have a problem, they just agree to ride it out and be miserable together until they can get some time apart,” Jennifer’s friend explained.
“Jennifer has close friends who think that she and Ben are a horrible fit, despite how much he loves being a father to those kids.”
Before adding: “Jen and Ben have had many fights this year over his increased gambling.”
These claims come off the back of reports that the stars have been living separate lives. Meanwhile, they were last spotted together in late April looking strained.

The 42-year-old Batman actor has been spending more time away from his family and on May 3 he was seen gambling for several hours during a trip to Las Vegas.
Ben has faced issues with gambling after he was banned from playing blackjack at the Hard Rock Casino & Hotel in Las Vegas last May.
“Jen and Ben have had many fights this year over his increased gambling,” the insider said.
Jennifer is incredibly private about her relationship, but last week opened up to Yahoo!Parenting about her marriage to the actor.
“You just go on a ride together because you don’t know who you’re going to be when you first have a baby and you don’t know who [your partner] is going to be,” she said candidly.
“You have to just hang in there while you figure it out — and have a lot of patience for each other.”
