Emmy winning actress Hannah Waddingham, 52, is back in the spotlight as Ted Lasso returns for its fourth season – and her skin is getting almost as much attention as her acting.

Fans were in awe of her glow at the season four premiere, with her makeup artist Stephen Sollitto calling Hannah’s skin simply “gorgeous”.

He pointed to exfoliation and hydration as her skincare prep essentials, sharing that she wore a lineup of Paula’s Choice products on the night. That included their 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant to smooth texture and control oil for “truly clean, glowy skin”, and the Peptide Eye Serum to visibly lift and firm the eye area.

Rounding out her routine was the Peptide Plumping Moisturiser to give her skin 24-hour hydration, and the “slice of heaven in a tube” Peptide Gloss Balm to visibly plump and nourish the lips.

Fittingly, the actress has just been announced as the face of the brand’s newest product, their Pro-Collagen Peptide Plumping Intensive Moisturiser.

The new moisturiser builds on the brand’s bestselling original Peptide Plumping Moisturiser – with a richer formula designed for more sustained hydration.

Skin experts have also weighed in on what keeps her looking so fresh and radiant. Facialist Smita Ahluwalia told the Daily Mail she expects Hannah’s routine includes daily SPF, vitamin C, and regular peels, alongside things like lymphatic drainage massages to help with puffiness.

Skin Matters founder Joanne Evans agreed, pointing out that Hannah’s skin looks “hydrated, healthy and luminous” while still showing natural movement and expression – something she says matters more than chasing a line-free face.

“Healthy skin is youthful skin,” Joanne said. “At 52, the aim shouldn’t necessarily be to look 32.”
