Duchess Catherine rushed to hospital

As plans for an official engagement announcement were being prepared for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the palace was plunged into a state of distress as Prince William’s wife The Duchess of Cambridge was rushed to King Edward VII Hospital in Marylebone, London, early last week.

Woman’s Day has learned the Duchess was released the following day.

Rumblings from palace suggest a royal baby may be on the way!

She was doing much better towards the end of last week, it’s believed her mum Carole Middleton stepped in to help her take care of the kids.

The hospital visit has sparked rumours Kate, 35, is in the early stages of a third pregnancy.

During her last two pregnancies, Kate experienced severe morning sickness.

Another royal baby would be a sheer delight!

Many royal fans will recall Catherine was diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum.

In 2012, she was admitted to hospital with the condition during her first pregnancy and then treated by doctors at Kensington Palace while expecting Charlotte.

The illness is a complication of pregnancy that is characterized by severe nausea and vomiting, which can result in weight loss and dehydration.
