Their wedding has been one of the most highly-anticipated celebrity events in recent history.
And finally, Andy Lee and Rebecca Harding have given an update on their big day.
“It’s a good dry run for us today,” Andy, 45, tells TV WEEK at the 2026 TV WEEK Logie Awards, hinting their wedding is just around the corner.
“What I’m most looking forward to about the wedding is I won’t have to get ready with Bec,” he laughs. “And she won’t have to get ready with me!”
“I’m looking forward to the planning behind finished,” adds Rebecca, 36. “Everyone’s joking, saying we’re going to have so much time on our hands once this wedding’s finished. So I am looking forward to that.
“And obviously being his wife,” she laughs.
As well as his upcoming nuptials, 2026 is also a big year for him for another reason – it marks a huge Logie milestone!
“This is my 20th Logies,” he reveals. “I don’t want to declare it because it makes you sound old. But yeah, my first one was in 2004,” he says.
And having been nominated for every other award under the sun in the past – including four nominations for the night’s most prestigious awards the Gold Logie Award for Most Popular Personality on Australian Television – Andy says he loves returning tonight with a nomination he’s never had before under his belt.
“Do No Watch This Show is up for Best Children’s [Program],” he says. “I mean, it’s a real problem for Wizz, the main character, because he didn’t want anyone to watch it, and obviously enough people have watched it for him to be nominated. So he’s pretty pissed off about it.
“But no, I’ve never expected this to be honest. But I’m thrilled. There’s so many people that make this show, and it’s nice that the actual show is being recognized. To the hundreds of people that are behind it because animation takes a long, long time.”
