Congratulations are in order for Married At First Sight star Jono Pitman, who has welcomed his second child with with partner Rebecca Pattison!

Their baby girl, River Mae Pitman, arrived on September 16th, with Jono taking to Instagram to share the news.

“River Mae Pitman. Born 16.09.20 at 1.25pm weighing 4.1kgs,” Jono wrote.

“What a whirlwind of a ride but every single minute was more than worth it you perfect not so little human. You are so loved already baby girl 💕💕. @becpattison you are a absolute supper star 💫 the love I have for you can’t be described in words #rivermae #notsolittleriver.”

Earlier this year, Jono took to Instagram to share the exciting news that he and Rebecca would be expecting their second child together.

“We can’t wait to welcome a baby girl into our tribe early October 2020 💕 #babypitman#supersperm#twoundertwo#bigbrothermax,” Jono penned, alongside a beautiful snap of the couple’s first child, Max.

In the pic, Max is sitting next to a hilarious sign, which made a reference to the viral children’s song Baby Shark by Pinkfong.

“Mummy shark due due due due due due in October 2020,” the sign read.

How cute!

Jono and Bec welcomed Max in July last year.

“And just like that two became three,” the proud new dad wrote at the time.

“Welcome to the world Max Thomas Pitman born 16th July at 3.36am weighing 3820g. Your first breath took ours away and our hearts are so full of love. ❤️❤️❤️”

Jono rose to fame on season two of the Channel Nine dating show after he was set up with Clare Verrall and famously remarked: “That’s not what I ordered,” when he first saw her walking down the aisle.

At the time, this was one of the most scandalous events to rock the then-wholesome dating show, and Jono was quickly cast as the season’s villain.

Oh how things have changed!

Jono and Clare’s coupling proved toxic and they lasted just three weeks into the experiment, as their pseudo marriage crumbled in front of the nation.

Looking back on his experience, the Melbourne-based reality TV star says he wishes he never met Clare.

“I know this sounds brutal but [the worst thing to come from the show was] meeting Clare. I honestly wish I never met her, that’s the truth,” Jono told Now To Love in 2017.

“If I saw Clare now, I’d turn my back and I’d walk away. I don’t have a single thing to say to her. If she wanted to apologise, I wouldn’t even want to hear it. She probably thinks the same thing about me and that doesn’t faze me in the slightest.

“I was pretty naive about the show, honestly I had no idea about the whole experiment before I even went on,” he reflected of his time on the show.”

Jono was matched with Clare Verral on season two of MAFS (L) but has since found true love with fiancée Bec (R).
