Amelia Warner may be married to the man behind Mr Grey, but Jamie Dornan’s wife will NOT be seeing Fifty Shades Of Grey!
Jamie Dornan visited US chat show USA Todayand revealed how his wife really felt about his involvement in arguably the most erotic flick of the year.
“She doesn’t want to watch this,” he said.
“She wants to support me and my work. I won’t be able to sit there myself. I’m not going to put any pressure on her either way. It’s her decision. She’s well aware that it’s pretend, but it’s probably not that comfortable to watch,” he continued.
Despite Amelia not watching the film, she’s been right by her husband’s side during the promotional tour.
The risque film adaptation of E.L. James’s bestselling book, Jamie’s character Christian Grey has a liking for the darker side of seduction. It seems only natural that the mother of his 15-month-old daughter isn’t keen to watch scenes of the adult nature on the big screen.
Jamie shared his wife’s apprehension, revealing he was uncomfortable with the level of his own nudity in the film.
“There’s quite a long shot of my [butt]. I wasn’t hugely comfortable with it when I watched it. That’s my bum. Still my bum. Wow.”
We think Jamie may need to borrow one of the blindfolds from the set!
