The Farmer Wants A Wife finale may have come and gone, but that doesn’t mean the show is over just yet – the reunion is coming.

Fans of the show are eager to see the much-anticipated reunion episode, which is set to confirm which couples are still together and which romances didn’t last when the cameras stopped rolling.

The Farmers are back, but did the ones who found love get the happily ever after they hoped for?

Just three farmers – Andrew, Matt and Will – left the finale having found love or something close to it.

Yet, Farmer Andrew and his chosen lady, Jess, are the only couple to have confirmed they’re still together post-show.

Matt and Will have remained tellingly silent on their relationship status since the finale wrapped, and so too have their winners – Tara and Jaimee – leading fans to believe they’ve called it quits.

We can expect to have our suspicions confirmed or debunked when the reunion episode rolls around, which will air on August 11th at 7.30pm on Seven.

Along with the announcement of the air date, Seven has dropped the first look at what the episode will hold.

And spoiler alert (or lack thereof) the network are not giving much away.

“I’m dying to find out, is she here tonight?” host Natalie Gruzlewski asks one of the farmers before revealing her shock, exclaiming “what?!” as an unidentified woman walks down the stairs.

Could we see a farmer bring back a former flame rather than the girl he left the show with, just like last year’s Farmer Alex?

Something catches Natalie by surprise.

The voice over then teases that “big surprises” will be revealed before one farmer can be heard saying, “I’ve got a bit of news to share today”.

The show is also hinting at the possibility of a wedding or proposal, meaning one couple, we suspect Andrew and Jess, has successfully made it post-show.
