Ada Nicodemou and her hubby Chrys Xipolitas celebrated eight years since their wedding day with an adorable flashback snap.
Chris shared a glimpse at their wedding album with some snaps from when they first tied the knot in 2008. He accompanied the post with the adorable caption:
“On this very day 8 years ago.. I married this special woman @adanicodemou. Happy Anniversary wifey, i thank you for being you, and always having my back.
Thanks for putting up with me i know im more than a handful.
I couldnt ask for a better wife, an amazing mother to our beautiful son.
I love you very much.”
Referring to their special day, Chrys continued: “It was a beautiful day from the moment i woke up to the moment we eventually went to bed. So many people contributed to making the day so memorable.”
The adorable post comes after the couple suffered devastating news in August last year as they lost their second child in childbirth.
The couple released a statement at the time saying:
“Our baby boy Harrison was delivered stillborn on Thursday 7 August 2014. We appreciate your love and support as we mourn the loss of our precious son.”
Since the heartbreaking loss though, the couple have looked to keep positive, with brave Ada returning to work on the set of Home and Away in September.
Ada made a touching and heartfelt tribute to her son Harrison on social media not long afterwards.
Ada had the support of her co-stars throughout the difficult time, as they were pictured giving her warm hugs to welcome her back to work.
The recently married Steve Peacocke is also a close friend of her hubby Chrys and no doubt was there to give them plenty of support through the difficult time. Chrys and Steve were pictured joking around together before Steve jets off to Hollywood for his new blockbuster film career.
