Princes William and Harry geared up for the annual Audi Polo Challenge at the Coworth Park club in Ascot, Berkshire, at the weekend.

The royals looked comfortable riding around but their team lost 5-4.

The event, which was attended by celebrities including Helen Mirren, helped raise money for the Royal Marsden cancer hospital in Chelsea, the youth training charity Skillforce and the HIV fund Sentebale – founded by Prince Harry.

Prince William and Prince Harry had a few laughs during the match.

Although they lost 5-4, the princes appeared to be in good spirits.

The Duke of Cambridge, who is the president of the Royal Marsden and the Royal patron of Skillforce, looked at home on his horse.

The brothers played in the polo match for an hour.
