Tiger Woods’ ex-wife and ex-girlfriend avoid an awkward run in

Tiger’s ex-wife Elin Nordegren and his former girlfriend Lindsey Vonn were reportedly kept apart at the Kentucky Derby.

Golf pro and love rat Tiger Woods has certainly amassed a convoluted web of women over the years, so it’s no surprise that on occasion there could be some overlap at the same event.

Take this weekend’s Kentucky Derby for example, where Tiger’s ex-wife, Elin Nordegren and his former girlfriend, Lindsey Vonn were kept apart, reports Page Six.

Spies at the event said organisers were told not sit the two blondes near each other, most likely to avoid an uncomfortable atmosphere.

“The staff was being told over a walkie-talkie that Lindsey was on her way over and must be put in a different area from Elin,” a source told Page Six. “They were very clear about that.”

Nordegren, a former Swedish model, ended her marriage to the golf pro in 2010 when multiple cheating claims surfaced.

Vonn, an Olympic skier, then dated Woods between March 2013 and May 2015, and had reportedly got on well with Tiger’s children, daughter Sam and son Charlie, whom he shares with Elin.

If there was deliberate separation at the weekend’s event a rep for Vonn said that the orders didn’t come from Vonn, adding the two women are on “great terms”.

Nordegren, 36, reportedly took a golf club to Woods after discovering his cheating habits and after they separated she gave an interview to PEOPLE where she said that ‘the word betrayal isn’t strong enough’ when discussing the golfing great’s infidelity.

Following their split, Elin received a whopping $100m divorce settlement.
