A blonde beautician who claimed to have had a “drunken fumble” with a naked Prince Harry in Las Vegas has been jailed for fraud.

Carrie Reichert sold her story of a 20-minute “kiss and grope” with a “totally wasted” Harry to the UK’s Daily Mirror.

The sordid tale did not impress Clarence House, which released a statement denying Harry had ever met Carrie, and now the blonde is in trouble with the law too.

Carrie was arrested when she tried to board a plane to Mexico on August 24, the New York Daily News reported.

She is accused of writing four fraudulent cheques, worth a total of $21,672. The first cheque was written in August 2003.

Carrie was remanded in custody at Santee California detention centre awaiting trial. If convicted, she could be sentenced to more than a year in prison.

Fortunately for Harry, Carrie’s arrest has made her claims of a raunchy royal romp much less believable.

The Prince reportedly insists Carrie’s story is not true, telling friends he has never met her.

“When Harry was quizzed about Carrie, he had absolutely no idea who she was,” a source told Radar Online.

“He doesn’t believe he met her on that now infamous night and certainly didn’t engage in anything sexual with Carrie.”

Prison records also revealed her tryst with Harry is not the only thing Carrie appears to have lied about — she is actually 40 years old, not 32 as she previously claimed.
