She’s one of the most famous faces to come out of the Married At First Sight juggernaut and now, Tracey Jewel is preparing for her most exciting role yet – becoming a mum again.
In September last year, the MAFS favourite announced she was expecting a baby with her partner and high school sweetheart Nathan Constable.
“We’re having a baby! We are so happy to share our beautiful news with everyone,” the 38-year-old wrote alongside a photo of herself and Nate, plus an ultrasound snap.
“I have always believed in second chances and my second baby I’ve been waiting so long for…” she added.
Tracey also shares a nine-year-old daughter Grace with ex-husband Jacob Anthonisz – and the life coach says she’s going to make the best big sister.
“My daughter Grace is going to be an amazing big sister and I’m so so grateful to be experiencing pregnancy + motherhood again with my love Nate,” Tracey admitted.
A few months later, the self-help guru revealed she and Nate were expecting a little baby boy in a touching gender reveal video.
Since sharing her pregnancy news, the former reality TV star, who found fame on the Channel Nine dating show back in 2018 after she was matched with Dean Wells, has kept fans up to date with how she’s been doing.
In January, Tracey took to social media to share a terrifying update that she had experienced some “minor bleeding.”
“My obstertrician thought best to check it out. Received all the checks, saw our baby’s heartbeat so relieved and pleased that our baby boy is fine, and bleeding has now stopped,” she explained at the time.

Baby’s first TV show! Tracey (and her gorgeous bump!) are set to make their dazzling appearance on the upcoming MAFS Grand Reunion special.
Pamper time: “Growing a baby is a lot of work! And oh so amazing! I feel like I’ve neglected myself a bit lately as I do love to get my nails done and enjoy down time… Feeling so much better in myself changing up my hair.. what do you think?” Tracey shared alongside this stunning snap.
At six months pregnant, this MAFS mama is positively glowing. The reality star and her partner confirmed in December they’re expecting a baby boy, due to arrive in late March.
“Some days I’m bouncing full of energy, love and creativity and some days I’m so drained I can hardly put a thought together,” Tracey admits of her pregnancy journey.

The motivational speaker’s adorable bump was on full display in this figure-hugging olive-green gown when she attended a friend’s wedding in October.
And pop! “My bump is certainly getting there, halfway mark,” she explained.
“This pregnancy at 37 is certainly different to my first at 26! Morning sickness has been all day sickness that kicked in from week six and into the second trimester (and still going!) and it’s been a rollercoaster ride.”
As she rung in her 38th birthday in November, Tracey opted for a simple grey jersey dress which perfectly showcased her growing bump.

20 years after they first dated in high school, Tracey and Nate rekindled their romance and started dating again at the start of last year.
“He Facebook messaged me in early November – because he knows my birthday is in November – and he said how about that coffee, and I said sure. He ended up taking me to a Wildcats [basketball] game, and that was it,” Tracey explained to Who.
Friendly exes: Tracey’s MAFS ex-husband Dean Wells was quick to offer his well wishes in light of her pregnancy news. “Massive congrats to @traceyjewel_ify and her partner Nate on their pregnancy announcement,” Dean said at the time.
