Dean Wells and Tracey Jewel will go down as one of the most infamous couples from the Married At First Sight franchise.
The polarising pair, who found fame on season five of MAFS, shared a rather tumultuous history on the show.
But despite their challenges, the exes have remained good friends.
Proving just how far they’ve come, Dean has offered a sweet message of congratulations to his one-time wife, in the aftermath of her pregnancy announcement.
“Massive congrats to @traceyjewel_ify and her partner Nate on their pregnancy announcement,” Dean penned via his Instagram page on Sunday evening, alongside a throwback snap with Tracey and a photo of Tracey and her new boyfriend Nate.
In fact, the pair are on such good terms they’re even going to catch-up on Dean’s podcast, Dangerous Ideas, to debrief on Tracey’s exciting news.
“I am going to be chatting with Tracey this week on Dangerous Ideas about that, feminism and many other topics. Comment on here if you have any questions you would like to ask,” the Manly local shared.
Dean’s MAFS co-star Mike Gunner was quick to comment on his mate’s post, admitting he isn’t on speaking terms with his TV wife Heidi Latcham.
“It’s really good still have a friendly relationship with Tracey. Heidi and I haven’t spoken in over a year. Kinda weird.”
No bad blood here: Dean was quick to take to Instagram to congratulate his ex on her baby news.
(Image: Instagram)Tracey, who shares nine-year-old daughter Grace with ex-husband Jacob Anthonisz, announced she was expecting her second child with partner Nathan “Nate” Constable over the weekend.
“We’re having a baby! We are so happy to share our beautiful news with everyone,” the 37-year-old wrote alongside a photo of herself and Nate.
“I have always believed in second chances and my second baby I’ve been waiting so long for…” she added.
Her love story with Nate also has a cute hook – the pair previously dated in high school, before rekindling their romance at the start of last year.
“My daughter Grace is going to be an amazing big sister and I’m so so grateful to be experiencing pregnancy + motherhood again with my love Nate x #pregnancyannouncement #babynumber2 #imexpecting.”
