Mary's Ironman: Frederik completes triathlon

Frederik crossed the finish line of the gruelling Copenhagen Iron Man in a respectable time of 10.45.32. Frederik's wife Mary and the couple's two eldest children turned out to cheer him on as he finished the race, which involved a 3.8km swim, 180km cycle and a 42.2km run. Frederik is famous for his sporting prowess, competing in a range of sports at an elite level.
