Sarah Ferguson and daughter Princess Eugenie are self-isolating together amid the COVID-19 pandemic, with the duo opting to stay in a rather suave residence during the crisis.
In a new picture posted to Instagram, Sarah herself shared an insight into her quarantined life, telling her followers that she was handing out sweet treats to NHS workers.
Sarah’s fans were rightly excited to see the Duchess helping out in her own way – but it was a second new picture that surfaced a couple of days later, that really caught everyone’s eye.
Fergie shared this candid pic as she prepared to deliver sweet treats to NHS workers amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
(Instagram / @sarahferguson15)Thanking the creator of the sweet treats, Sarah wrote alongside her original pic: “Thank you @hermann_buehlbecker and @lambertz_gruppe for your support of all the hard workers in the UK.”
The German confectionary guru Hermann Bühlbecker then shared his own picture from the sweets run, revealing that Princess Eugenie was also with her.
And in the caption, he may have let slip the lush residence Sarah and Eugenie are currently staying.
He wrote: “A few days ago Fergie, Duchess of York, and her daughter received a large delivery of Lambertz pastries (over 100 kg) at the Royal Lodge.”
“This is intended for the doctors and staff of London hospitals, who are currently working up to their limits. The Duchess called us about this; she sent us the pictures when the shipment arrived,” he finished.
A new image posted by the German sweet treat maker revealed Eugenie was also staying with her mum.

We have to add, Eugenie’s red Swanndri-esque jacket also looks perfectly practical and cosy for these quarantined days.

This year, the family were looking forward to celebrating Beatrice’s wedding to her fiancee Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.
With the current lockdown and restrictions likely to remain in place for some time longer, the wedding may need to be rescheduled.
But either way, we’re sure the family will find a way to mark the day in style – at least we know they’ve got a good contact for the sweet treats!
