Whether you think you’ll love it, hate it, or love to hate it, there’s no denying Yummy Mummies is a smash hit.

The series, which first aired on Channel Seven in Australia, has taken Netflix by storm as it airs on the streaming service worldwide. And it’s not hard to see why.

Four stunning young mums-to-be have it all: good looks, very good bank balances and their latest brand-new accessory is – a baby bump!

It won’t take you long to realise they have no idea what to expect, while they’re expecting.

Get to know these straight-talking, hilarious women below.

Jane Scandizzo: She’s a model, married to highly acclaimed hairdresser-to-the-stars and entrepreneur, Joey Scandizzo. This Melbourne socialite is already a mum to two-year-old Jagger and is thrilled to be expecting her second child…

She’s a big advocate for breastfeeding and understands how overwhelming motherhood can be.”It’s a hard job being a mum and you can easily get really busy and let things slide. I find time to take care of myself, because I want to look and feel my best.”

She’s also happy to finally be playing herself. “Having modelled for so long, I’ve spent my career playing someone else and getting into the role of different characters. I’m excited to finally play myself and get to show who I really am. Filming Yummy Mummies was the best experience; I’ve had so much fun.”

Lorinska Merrington: She’s also a model, traffic presenter and primary school teacher. The Melbourne socialite is married to Andrew Merrington, a partner in a successful finance company and former AFL player.

The first-time mum is embracing the changes to her model body, especially her baby bump. Her love of life and infectious sense of humour never ceases to entertain.

Maria Di Geronimo: Maria is from an incredibly close and vivacious Italian family in Adelaide. She lives a glamorous lifestyle financed by her partner Carlos, a barber and business owner, and her parents Margherita and Giuseppe, who run a concreting business. Maria is pregnant with the family’s first grandchild.

She promises pregnancy with a twist: “Expect to see plenty of pampering and splurging on luxury items as I want the best of the best for my family,” she says.

Rachel Watts: Rachel is a state retail manager for a fashion brand and is married to Jayson Watts, a partner of a successful real estate agency in Melbourne.

She’s a first-time mum and is infatuated with learning as much as she can about everything to do with pregnancy and labour.

The Melbourne Yummy Mummies are committed to their stylish social calendar and are firm believers that no baby is going to come between them and their luxurious lifestyles.
