Kate Middleton grew up in Chapel Row, near Newbury, Berkshire along with her two siblings Pippa and James.
Their parents Carole and Michael Middleton ran a successful party planning business and put all three children through private schools.
They all attended very posh private schools St. Andrews and Marlborough College.
Carole has a couple of her own ties to the royal family, being a very distant relative to the Queen Mother.
She and Michael met while she was a flight attendant for British Airways and he was a flight dispatcher.
They married at the Church of St. James, Buckinghamshire on June 12th 1980.
Despite Princess Kate joining the royal family, the siblings have remained very close.
