Former AFLW player Moana Hope and partner Isabella Carlstrom have shared gorgeous video tributes to their daughter Svea in celebration of her second birthday.
Meaning ‘mother of Sweden’ who is a ‘viking warrior’ in legend, Svea’s name pays homage to the Swedish roots of Moana’s model partner, who gave birth to her in November 2020.
Since she was born, Svea has been a regular feature on both her mother’s social media accounts, as fans of the pair have watched her grow from a newborn, to a happy baby to a toddler bursting with energy and an always-infectious giggle.
”I can’t believe this beautiful little queen is already two years old,” Moana wrote.
”You baby girl are so uniquely perfect and I’ve loved watching you grow. I love you. I got you. Forever.”
Isabella shared her own loved up birthday message for her daughter.
”Happy 2nd Birthday to my baby! Thankyou for all the light and love you bring into the lives of everyone you meet. I can’t remember what life felt like before you. I feel like we have been together forever,” she gushed.
”Words will never be enough to tell you how much I love you. Keep marching to the beat of your own drum my darling, you’re pure magic.”
Fans were quick to jump on in and share their own birthday well wishes in the comments.
”Beautiful Svea, what a lucky little girl you are. Sending lots of love and birthday wishes,” wrote former Today show host Lisa Wilkinson.
”Happy 2nd birthday beautiful Svea! Sending lots of love and best wishes xx,” wrote fellow Survivor contestant Sharn Coombes.
Isabella’s sister also wrote ”my darling Svea, happy birthday”.
Since welcoming Svea in November 2020, Moana carried a second baby to term in June 2022, Ahi Joseph Calstrom, completing their happy family.
