Moana Hope has given birth to her and wife, Isabella Carlstrom’s second child.
The happy couple revealed the news on Instagram, but are yet to reveal what they named their little bundle of joy.
Moana introduced the bub with a black and white picture of their tiny foot.
Alongside the adorable snap, the former AFLW player and Survivor alum captioned the post, “Oh how wonderful life is now that you are in the world. 🧡 ♾️ We are so in love. @isabellasofiacarlstrom #forever #inlove.”
Moana’s wife gave birth to their first child, one-year-old Svea, in November 2020.
When the former AFL player announced her exciting pregnancy last year, she revealed they used the same donor, which means Svea and their new bub are full siblings.
Paired with a slew of black-and-white pictures featuring Isabella, her sister Vinnie, Svea and a sonogram, she gleefully told Australia: “I’m pregnant… we’re pregnant🤰🏽🎊 2022 our little modern family will grow by one tiny human. Building our own little football team 🤣.
“We are using the same donor as Svea, and we are all beyond excited. Not even the morning sickness can damper this mood. Thank you for making this possible @monashivf 🙏🏽❤️.”
Moana shared adorable baby bump updates throughout her pregnancy and in an interview with Stellar Magazine, announced she wants to give natural birth “a red-hot go.”
Moana has previously admitted she wants a football team of kids.

“I want to. I really, really want to.
“I was trying to work out if I give birth in June how many months it will be until pre-season. I’m genuinely, seriously thinking about it,” she admitted.
“One of my biggest dreams in life is to run out on the field with my little ones.”

“It’s something I’ve always wanted to do. I think Svea is going to be super sporty; she’s already kicking balls around. Imagine her seeing her mum play sport on the big stage – for me, that would mean the world,” said Moana.
