The Block Kyal and Kara Demmrich recently announced they’ve got a second bub on the way but they’ve got more news to be congratulated for. The fan faves sold their Long Jetty renovation property for a whopping $1.59 million!

The couple, who showed off their reno skills on The Block: Sky High in 2013, bought the Central Coast home for $710,000 earlier this year.

The pair shared a photo on Instagram standing in front of the house with a ‘SOLD’ sign.

“SOLD!! What a big year and a great way to top it off,” they wrote.

Kyal and Kara have been sharing plenty of snaps of the four-bedroom, three-bathroom house along the renovation journey. The once-fibro home has been transformed to a luxurious beach house with high ceilings, neutral shades and timber accents.

The house looks like it belongs in Palm Springs in the US, with its relaxed living vibes.

The hard-working couple (who have been married for nine years) came third while on The Block, walking away with $567,250. They make regular appearances on Channel Ten’s The Living Room and have renovated close to 30 projects in the past three years.
