Former Blockheads Sarah-Jane and Tom Calleja are going to be pulling all-nighters of a different kind come October!

The married couple, who already share daughter Cleo, two, posted a cute gender reveal to Instagram last week, revealing they will be welcoming a boy to their clan!

“Roses are red, violets are blue, hubby has a penis and the baby does too,” Tom laughed as he read out a poem written in Sarah-Jane’s trademark cheeky style.

The plumber couldn’t contain his excitement that the couple are having a boy and not another girl.

“It’s not that I’m happy, I’m relieved. I’m rapt,” a smiling Tom, 35, told Sarah-Jane.

Speaking on her podcast I Just Can’t with former Blockhead Rachel Carr, Sarah-Jane, 30, said the couple are super excited because they have lots of girls in their families.

“I know, I know, I’m so excited because it’s a boy and Cleo doesn’t love me,” she quipped, adding, “We haven’t had any boys in the family for years.”

And while SJ can’t wait for the baby’s arrival, she’s apprehensive about giving birth again, revealing she thought she was dying at Cleo’s birth.

“I was in so much pain, I was in so much discomfort… I was on all fours in the shower, screaming. I actually thought I was dying… I thought, ‘I can’t do this’,” she said.

It’s been a big 12 months for Sarah-Jane, who, along with appearing on The Block, also underwent a double mastectomy in November after discovering she carries the BRCA1 gene and has a much higher risk of developing breast cancer.

Sarah-Jane, whose mum Tanya had breast cancer twice, chose to have a breast reconstruction.

“They look pretty fricking good and I have minimal scarring,” she told Rachel.

“As someone who has had a parent who has had cancer, you know what it’s like as a child watching your parents be sick. [The decision] was made in a heartbeat.”

Sarah-Jane underwent a preventative surgery late last year.
