The Block stars Dylan and Jenny have placed their newly-renovated Palm Beach dream house on the market.
Following their appearance on The Block in 2022, the couple has kept the momentum going, with the past year seeing the pair build two houses, sell one, and celebrate their nuptials.
The five-bedroom, three-bathroom slice of paradise is located in Queensland’s Palm Beach, with the home being under a 10-minute walk to the nearby beach.
The listing comes as a shock to some fans due to the pair describing the property as their ‘dream home.’
“I think people honestly thought this was our dream home, but we’re going to build heaps of dream homes”, Jenny told realestate.com.au.
They began renovating their dream home before The Block began.
(Image: Instagram)Following a disappointing auction result – which saw the couple pass in their home after 12 weeks of sweat and tears – the couple quickly set their sights on the Palm Beach home.
“Today we moved into our dream home on the Gold Coast! We started this project a year ago, literally just the two of us built it together. Half way through our build we found out that we had been accepted on #theblock 2022! What a whirlwind,” they wrote on Instagram.
“I’m so proud of us for building two outstanding homes in one year! That’s insane.
“We will be posting lots of content very soon! You’ll see how we started and where we are now. Stay tuned guys.”

Dylan and Jenny had been patiently waiting to move into their beautiful ‘Palm House’ following the purchase of the property in early 2021.
After moving into the stunning home in November of 2022, the pair finally installed their pool. Dylan looked like a man of luxury while lounging on his pool toy.
“We are so close to the end of this build! We definitely didn’t think we’d still be building this close to Christmas, but hey we’re here and we can’t believe the Palm House is almost done!” they wrote.
“This week the house is getting painted, landscaping will be done, we’ll finish the deck and some of our furniture/art will arrive! Just in time for Christmas Day. We’re so excited to show you guys.”

(Image: Instagram)In what was supposed to be a quick renovation project, the pair quickly fell in love with the “little blue beach shack” and decided to turn it into their dream home.
“Can’t believe we bought our little blue beach shack over a year ago,” they wrote.
“We thought at the time to do a renovation, but decided to design our dream home. That’s how the Palm House came to life.
“Can’t wait to take a photo like this once we’re finished,” the couple concluded.
They purchased the house in February 2021.
(Image: Instagram)Dylan and Jenny – who own and operate their own building company called Smooth Sailing Designs – took a hiatus from posting renovation updates between April and September of 2022.
But once The Block had finished production, the couple stopped building someone else’s dream home and resumed building their own.

“We just want to say, thank you all so much for the amazing support and love we have been receiving,’ they wrote on Instagram to reassure fans they were okay.
“We would love to reply to you all. Please know how grateful we are. The Block was a great opportunity for us, even though it wasn’t the outcome we hoped for.”
Purchased by the couple for $840,00, the Palm Beach home is up for auction on April 29, 2023.
