In reality TV land, it’s the one question on everyone’s lips: who will host I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!?
The chatter started as soon as Channel Seven announced in July it had nabbed the hit reality show from Network 10. Would Seven talent – and former I’m A Celeb co-host – Dr Chris Brown be tapped to lead the show once more?
And would his former co-host and TV WEEK Gold Logie nominee Julia Morris join him?

The pair hosted the show for nine season rom 2015 to 2023, before Dr Chris left 10. For the remainder of the show’s time at 10, Julia co-hosted with Robert Irwin.
Any speculation that the wildlife warrior might jump ship to Seven for IAC seems to have dissipated with news he is fronting a relaunched version of Australian Ninja Warrior with Georgie Tunny and Beau Ryan next year.

Now, there is talk former Australian Survivor host Jonathan LaPaglia could be in line for jungle job on IAC. Jonathan, who is narrating a new reality show called Apocalypse for BINGE, is now looking for his next gig. And IAC would seem like the perfect role for someone with his proven track record.
But would he consider doing it?
“Didn’t 10 say they were going to rest it or something? I guess that was code for we’re not doing it anymore,” Jonathan, 57, tells TV WEEK when asked about the role.
“They don’t have a host for it yet? I would consider it, for sure.”

Could you imagine Jonathan co-hosting with Julia? What a dynamic pairing!
There is also some talk former The Project host Carrie Bickmore is set to mark her relaunch to television by snaring the role as IAC co-host. At this year’s TV WEEK Logie Awards, Carrie wore a leopard-print dress that seemed very, shall we say, jungle-inspired.
Speaking to TV WEEK on the Logies red carpet, the 45-year-old Gold Logie winner said: “I have never said never to anything. I’ve been saying no to most things for the last few years, just because I wanted to work out what I actually want to do. I could have very quickly said yes to something and just got back on the horse.”
Could this be the show that gets her back in the saddle? Or will Seven opt to go with Julia… and Jonathan?
