If buying a ham without the bone, look for the pink PorkMark or the words "Product of Australia".
TIP: Check that you can fit the ham in the oven before baking. If it doesn't fit, you can ask the butcher to trim off the shank end, or cook the ham in a covered barbecue using indirect heat, following manufacturer's instructions.
