The weight of the secrecy surrounding Finn’s accident begins to take a toll on our Ramsay Street favourites in Neighbours this week.

And as the cracks begin to show, a shocking revelation sees Susan (Jackie Woodburne) take drastic action.

The threat of Finn (Rob Mills) waking from his coma to reveal the truth hangs heavily over Bea (Bonnie Anderson), Xanthe (Lilly Van der Meer), Elly (Jodi Anasta) and Susan.

Covering for one another and being deceitful proves stressful, particularly for Susan.

The women were left shocked by Finn’s accident.

When the school principal learns her students are suffering from a mystery illness, she’s agitated further.

And things go from bad to worse when the police discover that what they thought was the flu is, in fact, something far more deadly.

In a horrifying twist, a deliberate plot to release hydrogen cyanide in the school’s air vents is uncovered. And it seems Finn is responsible!

If Bea hadn’t interruped him at the cabin, his wicked plan could have succeeded – with deadly results.

Finn is a dangerous man.

Although Finn failed in his mission to gas the school, poor Susan has reached breaking point.

Finn has tormented Susan and her family for too long − first by trying to steal her job by tampering with her multiple sclerosis medication, then running Xanthe down in a car and kidnapping Bea.

Fed up with the torment, a seething Susan steals into Finn’s hospital room and picks up a pillow…

Looks like this could be the end of evil Finn once and for all!

Susan’s not in her right mind when she approaches Finn.

Neighbours airs weeknights, 6:30pm, on 10 Peach.
