The kids will no doubt adore the natural beauty Canada has to offer…

The trip will see the royals enjoy incredible natural beauty from the Great Bear Rainforest – which is the untouched home of bears, an Indian reserve Reserve Bella Bella – home to the Heiltsuk people and magical secluded islands where the surrounding waters are filled with whales and dolphins.

They’ll also dip into the cultural delights of Vancouver, which is considered one of the countries most vibrant cities.

The nation’s Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, officially invited the entire Cambridge family to his country.

Justin is already firm friends with Prince George’s Gan-Gan the Queen!

“The Prime Minister certainly has invited William and Kate and family to come to Canada whenever they are available on their schedule,” Kate Purchase, the Prime Minister’s director of communications, told the Globe.

While the palace is yet to officially confirm, insiders have revealed that little Charlotte and big brother Prince George will be joining their parents on their Canadian adventure.

Inside sources have told The Mail on Sunday that the activities Kate and Wills will embark on with George and Charlotte will be “family friendly” and the itinerary certainly reflects that!

“We are told the children are coming and the itinerary is being co-ordinated accordingly. There will be a heavy focus on nature, the outdoors and at least one private day factored into the trip.

“We’re hearing hiking, walking and outdoor pursuits will feature while the family is in British Columbia.”

We imagine the schedule will run similarly to the family’s tour of Australia and New Zealand, with a-then baby Prince George coming out for a few events, otherwise staying at home while mum and dad worked.

After the success of taking Prince George to Australia and New Zealand combined with the personal significance of Canada, we expect this will be an incredible royal tour!

Canada holds a dear significance to William and Catherine, who embarked on their very first royal tour as a married couple, back in July 2011.

“The Duke and Duchess are delighted to be returning to Canada,” the palace announced.

“They hold very happy memories from their visit in 2011 – their first overseas tour as a married couple.”

“They are really looking forward to seeing other parts of this beautiful country and having the opportunity to meet many more Canadians along the way.”
