Stepping out on Tuesday, January 22, the Duchess launched the survey in the most fashion-forward way possible, wearing a bright green printed shirt and black pants as she visited the MiniBrum at Thinktank Birmingham Science Museum.

Wearing her hair in loose waves, Kate was all smiles as she interacted with the young children.

During the fun-filled engagement, Kate was shown around a mini-child-sized city, which was designed in a collaboration with schools, families and community groups in the area.

Featuring zones where children can build their own dens, play in burrows and even experience a race track, the unique structure allows them to explore and ponder the features around them in a safe environment.

It’s expected the survey will spark a national conversation about early childhood.
