It’s the takedown fans have been waiting for – and this week, Stunning Organics may finally pay for their many crimes.

In Home And Away, the dodgy skincare company has appointed a new CEO – Carey (Eloise Snape) – and invited former brand ambassador Marilyn (Emily Symons) to be a special guest at their media conference.

Could this be another scam?

The company intend to put the past behind them and rebrand themselves as a new and improved company. But is it another scam?

In recent episodes, the former CEO of Stunning Organics was a suspect in the threats against Marilyn – and the bomb blast that very nearly claimed the lives of John (Shane Withington) and Roo (Georgie Parker).

Marilyn has been seeking justice for all the victims ever since.

Roo is still stricken in hospital.

“The horror that her friends have been hurt because of her involvement [with the company] is forefront in her mind,” Emily, 53, tells TV WEEK. “Roo is still badly injured and has been transferred to hospital in the city.”

Despite Stunning Organics’ insistent phone calls and emails inviting her to attend the event, Marilyn isn’t fooled – especially when they offer her an appearance fee of $25,000! But before she can decline, Alf (Ray Meagher) intervenes. He has an idea…

At the media conference, Marilyn is greeted warmly by Carey and invited to speak. She agrees – but is soon joined on the podium by her friend Alf (Ray Meagher). He holds up images of his daughter Roo stricken in hospital and pressures Carey into admitting her culpability.

Alf’s actions back Carey into a corner and she angrily lashes out that she “doesn’t care” about Roo’s condition. Nearby, Kirby (Angelina Thomson) records the entire thing.

Marilyn breathes a sigh of relief as the media in attendance seize on the story. It seems the nightmare could finally be over.
