I Am A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! host Julia Morris has opened up about her plastic surgery transformation, shocking many with her refreshing honesty.
The 53-year-old star got candid her social media this morning, revealing she recently had some work done to freshen up her look.
Though it was true to form for the star to be completely transparent with her fans, it’s still a rare choice for those in the public eye who famously choose to remain mum about their cosmetic procedures.
Julia took to Instagram to detail her journey, sharing a before and after photo of her face without makeup.
In the caption, Julia started by thanking her doctor, Dr. Andrew Green Smith, for his work that she appears to be more than happy with.
“So who knew I had eyes? The magnificent Dr. Andrew Green Smith did. What a glow up for this 53yr old,” she gratefully wrote. “Not spon but deep admiration for a brilliantly gifted Plastic Surgeon & a hellava wonderful man.”
She continued the rest of her message to explain what work she has had done, and it appears from her statement she’s only had minor tweaks over the years.
“Eye beef removal/brow lift … With thanks & love jx (check my last vid for a proper moving image look as these photos are different lighting & distance),” she revealed.

A slew of Julia’s famous friends took to her Instagram comments section to gush over her transformation.
Presenter Jessica Rowe wrote, “Beautiful- inside and out ❤️❤️❤️,” and Rebecca Gibney seems keen to book an appointment, as she penned, “Book me in ploise! 🙌👏👏👏❤️.”
Performer David Campbell commented, “You are and always have been an icon,” and singer Danni Minogue chimed in, “We love seeing that smile.”
