Public service announcement: Guy Sebastian is looking really buff these days. Like, really buff.

The first ever Australian Idol winner (remember, waaay back in 2003?) uploaded an Insty pic of himself with his gorgeous wife Jules and their "transformation coaches", Chief Brabon and Emilie Brabon-Hames. And the world said...

"Dayyyyym."

Delivering a shout-out to his trainers and nutritionist for getting him “in shape and pain free”, Guy shared, "I feel so much more functionally fit and strong and I couldn't have done it without you."

And his gorgeous wife Jules could not be happier with her man's amazing results. “Insanely PROUD of my super hot hubby for shredding for his Men’s Health shoot today!” she posted on Instagram.

The Sebastians have been posting snaps from their workouts on social media for quite some time, praising their trainers for working around their hectic schedules as well as their two sons, Hudson, five, and Archer, three.

The couple have been hitting their garage gym hard over the last couple of weeks, working with husband and wife celebrity transformation team Chief Jim and Emilie to prep for a photo shoot for Men’s Health mag.

According to Emilie, the couple showed impressive dedication and definitely went in with some shared goals.

“It’s rare to come across two people so completely committed to supporting each other through a lifestyle change,” she congratulated the pair on Instagram. “The epitome of true love and strength – the Sebastians.”

Now, as we all know, abs are made in the kitchen! So in addition to their sweat sessions, Guy also says he overhauled his diet.

When asked how he achieved his amazing transformation, Guy told Daily Mail, “Mainly [I] cut out sugars and bad carbs, [and by] drinking tonnes of water and not overeating."

“We cannot believe how much our bodies have transformed!" Jules added on Instagram. "We feel so strong, fit and healthy."
