Sweet chilli pork in lettuce cups

Ingredients

Method

Step 1

In a wok, heat oil on high. Stir-fry pork and garlic 4-5 mins, to break up mince.

Step 2

Add sugar, sauce and leaves. Simmer 3-4 mins until thickened slightly.

Step 3

Stir coriander, peanuts, shallots and chilli through. Stir-fry a further 3-4 mins.

Step 4

Spoon mixture into lettuce cups. Sprinkle with extra coriander and chilli. Accompany with lime.

TIP:

Chicken or turkey mince can be used instead of pork.
